Great product, low cost to implement, need to invest time to customize reporting.
What do you like best about the product?
Very low barrier to entry to purchase the product and get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I was advised to NOT start the "onboarding consulting" until after we had all gotten our training videos completed and contacts imported. The initial consulting only lasted a month or so, and the first half of that was spent getting our data imported into Hubspot. I would have gotten a lot more out of it if I had waited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The dashboards are great for holding people accountable to their prospecting activity and sales quotas.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Watch the Hubspot training videos prior to starting your consulting/onboarding. That way you can spend the time talking about reporting and more in depth items as opposed to the basics.
Best CRM I've worked with!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that HubSpot allows my company to combine our marketing and sales efforts into one easy place. The software makes it so easy to track changes, create workflows, and relay information to our team and our customers in an extremely streamlined way! I have used many other types of CRM and HubSpot puts them all to shame. The custom dashboards and ability to view so many different reports and activity make my job so much easier. I also love the trainings offered to help us create better content and utilize the software to the full extent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel like the software has so many capabilities it is hard to know where to get started. Luckily HubSpot Onboarding does help minimize the overwhelmed feeling - but there's a lot to choose from when picking where to begin!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of viewing reports makes it simple to see where we can make adjustments or create automations/workflows to improve our business. We have also seen how we can adjust our content to ensure our marketing and sales are aligned to improve the business.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't wait - the staff is so helpful that it makes switching to a new software so easy! And they'll talk you through how to get started. There are tons of resources available from HubSpot - they are the experts about CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
so easy to use - The training process was easy and very efficient. We were able to get a small group up and running very quickly

its not as easy to add new contacts as Id like and reporting can be a challenge at times especially because we are all so new to the platform. the help desk has been great

we can now see all activity with a contact as a firm which is so helpful
HubSpot CRM is the most comprehensive and easy to use tool of it's kind I've ever used.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the HubSpot CRM because it's designed to make my job easier, everything I need to do flows really smoothly and it is all available for me in one spot, plus it offers me additional tools and features that I never even knew existed.
What do you dislike about the product?
My one and only thing I would like to see added is a comprehensive ticket desk or service tab for my engineering team and clients to work directly off of that simultaneously links with my sales funnel and marketing dashboard but I know that there is a beta available, so I can't wait to try it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that the HubSpot CRM addresses better than the rest is time management efficiency and integration of additional features. It make all aspects of the sales process really easy and allows me to get more actual selling done every day.

What do you like best about the product?
The HubSpot CRM is easy to configure for a wide variety of company models and industries, and makes it possible to organize, coordinate, and track business growth efforts based on the people you serve. The wider HubSpot platform then utilizes this information in a ton of helpful and creative ways to automate marketing, forecast revenue, track ROI, etc. making it an indispensable aspect of your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the CRM itself is free, you can't truly unlock its potential without purchasing another part of the HubSpot Growth Stack, which can be pricy for smaller companies. If your implementation and adoption goes well, it's almost certainly worth it, but it can be hard to get such a flexible and configurable platform up and running.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an agency, my company works with other companies to leverage HubSpot for business growth. The CRM is almost always an integral part of our efforts because it allows us to track our efforts and improve month-over-month, as well as streamlining email marketing campaigns, social media management, lead generation and nurturing, sales forecasting, and much, much more. The ability to prove our value through revenue that is linked directly to our work is invaluable, and it makes everyone happier overall.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Work with an agency to implement the HubSpot CRM. They know the ins and outs of the platform, and will be able to configure it to your specific use case, whether you think it's basic or too complex to understand. There will be something they can do to make your life easier, and therefore make your implementation more successful.
One stop shop for inbound/outbound marketing and contact management
What do you like best about the product?
I really like being able to customer fields and options with just a few clicks. It makes it seem more like our own software and not someone else's. Really also like the email marketing, landing pages, website activity and email activities all show up on a per contact basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
They seem to like changing the interface quite a bit. It would be fine if they were adding functionality but it seems like UI changes happen quite a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Combining sales and marketing activities all within one system. Increased visibility into marketing activities and a streamlined sales process.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has so many capabilities and once you are aware of all the features it really makes your job a lot easier. Some of the things that I like best about the HubSpot CRM are:
1. Helps me keep track of new inbound leads
2. Helps me stay organize with outbound prospecting
3. Helps me come up with a strategic game plan, with the use of sequences to make sure I am staying on track with finding new leads
4. Allows me to assign myself task when I need to send an email or call a prospect/lead and I can take notes right in their contact field.
5. Lastly, being able to overall stay organize with the logged emails I send, logged calls, meeting trackers.
6. I can create a dashboard of all my activity in my CRM to allow me to make sure I am consistent and always growing my outreach and inbound leads to ultimately help grow the company I work at.

I don't think there is really much to complain about the CRM. I will say being well versed in HubSpot CRM does take a little bit of time. But, once you invest in it and become familiar with all the capabilities it does make work a lot easier!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are a lot of ways to organize contacts and put them into sequences to reach contacts periodically. I am a huge Sequence users. I have a lot of outbound campaigns that I work with and being able to keep them organized with different messaging, schedule my tasks and keeping track of their performance with click through rates, open rates, reply rates etc it really is easy to measure the success. Also, love that I can pre-schedule emails to be sent out once I create the sequence by creating customized templates.
Another great thing is HubSpot CRM allows me to customize templates with video messages, which is huge now a days to be able to connect with a prospect.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a strramlined, simple CRM that does not create overwhelm like many others over seen. It lays out all my information for me nicely, and allows me to customize how and what i want to see. It makes my life so much easier! Working in the sales industry is stressful enough, having a CRM that has my back really helps my day go smoothly. My dashboard shows me customizable reports, with the information that's important to me, in the form that i prefer to see it. I keep learning about new features that make me excited. (And impatient for my company to let us use all the tools available lol) I love the mobile app as well as the web page. The app will pull up my contacts when the call my phone, and take me ro a screen to leave notes or log my call when it's completed; way more than i expected from the app. It always provides clear information, which can often be lost when things are smashed into a mobile view. I almost prefer to look my deals up on my phone, than the web! I've worked in many CRMs, and Hubspot is my favorite so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is easy to close a task and forget to make a new one, which can lead to losing track of customers. If i master sequences, i believe i could eliminate a lot of this though.

This bad boy is keeping me organized! Which let me tell you, is no easy task.
Intuitive and Designer Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
With a graphic Design background, I appreciate that there are ways I can manipulate or create custom modules to get exactly what I want. And whenever I get stuck or want to do something new, there are plenty of resources like the Community and fast support response times to get what we need. Overall HubSpot is very intuitive, and easy to navigate and use. (Oh, and INBOUND rocks!)
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the background code in HubSpot doesn't play nice with additional code, and lead scoring is cumbersome at best. We were disappointed when lead scoring only moved to the HubSpot Score property, which doesn't address any of the issues of managing lead scoring. In fact, I have more problems with delays in the window populating when I scroll in properties, so it goes blank for a few seconds. And we have so many things scored, that the scroll bar is too sensitive and jumps, so I'm glad I have the option of a trackpad on my laptop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to send much more professional looking bulk emails than in the past and the various ways stats can be viewed are great, so users looking at the granular level or broad picture can see what they want quickly. A/B testing gives us insight into what our customers respond best to, and automated workflows to guide them on their journey are awesome!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
While I mentioned a couple things that don't work great for us in this review, nothing's perfect, and it's obvious HubSpot is always striving to improve on what they have. I work with this software daily, and the norm is a smooth running, robust software that makes life so much easier! HubSpot has also been friendly with integrating other systems we have in place, helping us take it to the next level. It's easy to say this software is wonderful and makes marketing more robust and easy to manage.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about this CRM is that makes it easy to keep tracking the contacts, the speed is outstanding I can go through tabs very quick, there’s no lags, this is very important when you are in a company with a lot of users in order to not slow down productivity, integration is a key point in a sales platform and hubspot does a good job with the ease of integrating other apps like Gmail, google Docs or Mailchimp, you just need to link up Gmail account, is a whole host of others apps, This gives you a better experience and improves productivity
What do you dislike about the product?
the installation and implementation is a bit slow, it is not a big problem, but they can improve at that point
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit that hubspot provides to our company is the organization and control we have with current clients and past clients, it is a great tool for inbound marketing, since it automates many tasks that require a lot of time this translates into more deals and less time in data entry, the interaction takes place automatically and allows us to save the clients' data without expiration time.
