It is so flexible it can feel overwhelming sometimes

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how HubSpot Sales Hub manages all of our customer data and leads efficiently, keeping everything organized in one place. I find it very clean and easy to use, which is beneficial for our sales team. Additionally, the introduction of new AI tools is exciting, and I would consider purchasing HubSpot again in the current context because of them. The simplicity of the setup process also stood out to me.

I use HubSpot Sales Hub to manage all of our customer data and leads in one place. It's clean, simple to use, and beneficial for our sales team.

We are excited about how AI is really scaling our ability to communicate and learn more about customers.

It’s very difficult to integrate with our legacy systems that are not really up to par on security and modern database structure. But that’s our problem, not spots

We have a lot of business and so it’s really helpful to have that all in one place
Night and day vs aalesforce
What do you like best about the product?
The UI, especially as an admin, is intuitive - and workflow automation is incredibly easy. Reps need to enter less, and enter easier. New product launches are constant and free. Salesforce made me want to tear my hair out, hubspot makes me excited to work everyday

I love it all around - some products build for Salesforce integration first, which can be frustrating, but not hubs fault

System of record and integration hub for everything else

Support needs some improvement is not always fast or responsive

We get all of our data in one place and we can easily get report from it
Great for managing sales pipelines
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how intuitive and user-friendly the platform is, even for people who are new to CRM systems. The ability to track deals, log activities, and manage pipelines in one place makes it much easier to stay organized. The integrations with email and marketing tools are also seamless, and reporting dashboards give good visibility into sales performance without needing complex setups.
What do you dislike about the product?
certain automation features require more technical setup than expected, which isn’t always ideal for smaller teams.

HubSpot Sales Hub helps centralize our sales activities, making it much easier to track interactions, follow up with prospects, and manage the pipeline without relying on scattered spreadsheets or disconnected tools.
Great CRM
What do you like best about the product?
A spot is super user-friendly and easy for even my older coworkers to use.

I don’t have much to complain about at this point.

We have never had a CRM before that tracked emails as well as HubSpot.
