HubSpot CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I've been an early adopter of Hubspot Signals and then - still in beta - Hubspot CRM. These two products had us buy-in into Hubspot Marketing as well. CRM is amazing. By far the most comfortable CRM I have ever used. The list of features keeps on growing too. I love seeing that little red asterisk over What's New link in the notification center :) What do I like best? Conversations aka live chat with website visitors, meetings, templates, and documents are life-changing for any sales team or an individual. Then there is Sequences and Workflows automation. Set them up once and see forgotten leads and deals somehow reappear on your daily to-do list.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike. The mobile CRM used to be far behind the desktop version, but recent updates made it more stable and usable. The business card scanner is a welcomed addition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coming from Salesforce, I never knew a small company without a dedicated IT, or CRM administrator could use such high powered CRM system. For us, HubSpot CRM solved most of our problems by having one centralized location for every single lead or customer touch. There is no need to access another system to view email or website chat history. All changes to our sales processes can be done in real-time without having to call or wait for an IT wizard. We've added speed and efficiency to our sales process. Not to mention customer satisfaction.

Give this software a try. Hubspot is a great company, with a great product and an amazing support.
Great Software with Powerful Tools
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hubspot has a lot of features that can be reached within the same page. You can add notes, email customers, make a phone call and schedule tasks at the same place. It's really convenient, and you can even track if your potential clients have clicked your emails or not.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I can't think of any parts that I dislike. Basically it's a software that's easy to learn and use, and it can be very powerful for advanced users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most useful part of HubSpot CRM is that it's very easy to track the status of your client. It's very organized and easy to pull out the data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't hesitate to give it a try. There're a bunch of CRM products that can be found in market, and each one has its own pros and cons. You should try them in order to find out which one is the best to you. I'm really glad that my company is using Hubspot and introduced the software to me. My company is using Hubspot free edition, and I feel that it has already provided strong features, not to mention how good it will be if you pay for the advanced edition.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the way we could customize the sales funnel and add the stages we follow while reaching out to prospects.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific. It has sales analytics packages that I would like to have someday but for now, I really like the way it represents the sales pipeline
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have sales teams in India and the US and we reach out to customers all around the globe for process improvement. For a small team like ours Hubspot is the perfect solution to generate weekly MIS reports and see the effectiveness of our campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
Extremely easy to use, can cover the majority of companies challenges in an intuitive interface. Easy to setup and deploy. The timeline, when connected with HubSpot Marketing platform gives an overview of the entire sales cycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it's fast pace of updates covers all sales needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Total control of deals, forecast productivity in a single dashboard. Integration with marketing, so you can clearly see what actions are generating results.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The free version is great to evaluate if it fits your company needs. To unlock it's full potencial, it's better use with the complete platform, marketing and sales pro features.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I love when you can monitor the log activity you made and also some notes. Also, there is a sales dashboard where you can check your team performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like is that sometimes it says having trouble loading the data, but in total it is still very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can easily track the productivity, no need to check one by one. Also, you can easily check the logs on what happens on the previous call.

Very easy to use, very convenient. It will help you to monitor productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
The Meeting Link, this helped our business so much! We don't have to send multiple emails to our client now to find a spot in our calendar that works for us and the client.
What do you dislike about the product?
That we can't reschedule through our meeting invite.

What do you like best about the product?
How I manage my data through HbS, also how I can link it with my gmail, customize my emails, use templates, it's fast easy to use and very practical for a business like us, we also have customer support and training which I find fascinating!

cant think about something at the moment

Sales and Marketing (we cover both with Hubspot : we do all our calls & email through hubspot and it's been very helpful (the sequence and the customization in the templates just makes my life easier)

Ease of access and usability. This is a truly powerful platform, no hassle, no messing around.

can't really fault it - all issues are minor and already in the pipeline i've been told on forums.

Keeping in touch with the hottest leads and increasing our conversation rates

Definitely worth a go - you can see whether it's a good fit first using their free software.
Brilliant CRM with great UX
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and lots of automation capabilities. Hubspot allows you to have workflows humming in the background which is great for following up. Additionally the task queues allow you to structure your days, get in and power through the list, and as you can call through hubspot it's all done on the one page. It also has integrations with gmail, which is brilliant as you can set tasks to follow up with people right from your inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could be faster with replying to help messages, and sometimes call feature isn't always available. It would be great if this could be rolled out to more countries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For organisation, task queues are a blessing! Workflows and automation helps you to structure your whole sales function, test new strategies effectively, and then the reporting functionalities are also amazing

If you're looking for a CRM with great capabilities, that is easy to use, I would go with Hubspot.

What do you like best about the product?
I Like the fact that I can see what is going on with others within my company. This allows me to work with other branches of the same companies . It also helps with seeing others approach to oppertunities

Sometimes it seems like a chore. However I see way more positives that there are negatives..
