What do you like best about the product?
I like how HubSpot Sales Hub helps me manage all my data in a single place and allows me to create numerous reports about my deals and manage my team's productivity. I appreciate the easy-to-create and manage dashboard feature, along with the ability to export the dashboard, even without any technical knowledge. The initial setup was easy, and overall, it's a useful tool for handling my proposal deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
One issue I have encountered with HubSpot is that inactive user accounts are automatically deactivated, and later, if I want to allocate deals or assign anything in their name, I must again reactivate their account. It seems unnecessary every time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub helps me manage all my data in one place, create numerous reports on my deals, and enhance my team's productivity. I moved from handling data in Excel and Google Sheets to using HubSpot for better efficiency.

The reporting aspect is particularly beneficial because it lets me pull reports of the deals I'm working on. Sometimes it's difficult to find deals if they're not assigned to you as a user. It could be easier to navigate.

HubSpot Sales Hub can get quite costly as the team expands and you require additional features. Many of the more advanced capabilities are only available in the higher-tier plans. While it works well for straightforward sales processes, it may feel restrictive if you have very complex or highly customized workflows. Additionally, the reporting and customization options are not as robust as those found in some more comprehensive CRMs. Once you become reliant on HubSpot, transitioning away can also be challenging.

I find HubSpot Sales Hub easy to use, friendly, clear, and well-organized. It's great because it allows me to have the complete customer journey in one place, from being a Lead to becoming a Deal. It really organizes my daily work better and saves time by keeping everything in one spot.

It would be great to have more features in one hub, instead of having Starter, Pro, and Enterprise.

HubSpot Sales Hub is a complete CRM that centralizes my sales, connects contacts to deals, saves time, better organizes my daily work, and keeps customer info in one place.

I really like HubSpot Sales Hub's ability to automate everything, from emails to tasks, which helps me stay on top of communication and saves time. The automation includes great reminders, making it easier to manage my sales activities. It also helps in saving time by preventing manual email sending and organizing my leads efficiently. Plus, the initial setup was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had the ability to have a dynamic sequence that sets tasks when someone opens or clicks an email but doesn't stop the automatic emails. I'd like it to just keep them going and also set a task for me to reach out.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about HubSpot Sales Hub is the task function. It allows me to make sure I don't leave anyone to fall through the cracks. It keeps me organized on each touchpoint that I need to make to help further each relationship with each of our clients. It was super easy to set up, their support's great, and they have a lot of granular settings, which is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think I would add the ability to sort my tasks by time zone or state.

I use HubSpot Sales Hub for prospecting and tracking my work. It helps me keep track of tasks so I don't leave anyone hanging in the sales process and ensures I'm organized at each client touchpoint.
Effortless Setup and Powerful All-in-One Features
What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to set up even though I had never used HubSpot before. It provides a lot of helpful features from managing our sales pipeline to workflow automations. It's our customer database too. I like that it has a lot of easy integrations so we can communicate with other platforms we use. The customer support is pretty fast and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like HubSpot's pricing model for the Marketing Hub. The way they price it, it's cheaper to use an email service provider like Klaviyo. But I wish you could buy a reasonable HubSpot subscription so our sales CRM, customer service CRM and marketing automation are all in one place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great all-in-one platform that's easy to implement and use for our sales team for prospecting through deal close. And we use it to manage existing customers too. It's our main CRM for both sales and customer service. It's great that there is a HIPAA-compliant version too since we are in healthcare
