Gets expensive quickly – pricing jumps sharply with more users, contacts, and advanced features

The free tier is great, but key sales features (automation, sequences, reporting) are locked behind higher tiers

HubSpot Sales Hub is designed to solve the core problem of fragmented, manual, and inconsistent sales processes by bringing all contacts, communications, deals, and activities into one centralized system. Instead of juggling spreadsheets, email threads, and disconnected tools, it creates a single source of truth, automatically logs interactions, and streamlines follow-up through automation and reminders. This helps prevent leads from slipping through the cracks, gives clear visibility into the pipeline, and aligns teams around real-time data. The result is less time spent on administrative work, more consistent and timely outreach, stronger relationship management, and ultimately a more predictable and scalable path to closing deals or securing commitments.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the configuration in HubSpot Sales Hub. It's just drag and drop, which makes it very simple and easy to use. In other CRMs, I had to call technical support to get everything configured, but with HubSpot, I can easily customize my dashboard by drag and drop, and if I change my mind, I can do it again without any hassle. This flexibility makes it very easy for me as every salesperson has different things they want to see on their dashboard. Also, I don't have to remember things on my own because all the information I need to keep on my clients is stored in one convenient place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say maybe to have a color option. I'm a person that uses colors for different things, and so having a color option would make it easier for me to spot certain things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub to track my messages and client interactions, generate reports, and stay focused. It centralizes all client information, so I don't have to remember it all myself.

What do you like best about the product?
It's great for sales reporting and to manage all our sales operations within it. The UI is very easy to use, the AI features are brilliant and we can check Sales Performance using reports

It's enabling us to keep track of our sales pipeline and see what we've got coming in. It also means we can keep all of our sales operations in one place and have a top level view of everything that's going on across our team

It’s easy to use, and it helps keep me on track with calls, follow-ups, and other tasks.

Nothing to complain about—I love it! It’s a great tool that helps me stay organized and keep everything in order.

My follow-ups are something I often lose track of when I get busy and forget about them. Hubspot is always there to remind me, which helps me stay on top of things.

It is very easy to set up and share workflows, so everyone is aligned on processes and expectations. This is especially valuable for onboarding, as new hires can quickly get up to speed and start contributing almost from day one without a steep learning curve.
