Fantastic tool to supercharge your growth
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it truly understands my business, it is cuztomizable to be used exactly for my business use case

It takes time and practice to truly use it to its full capacity
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need full comprehensive lists of my leads and opps at all time. Hubspot by far is the most reactive and customizable

I like that it gives me a connection to Marketing activity and that I can track deals and activities consistently

I would like it to integrate better with my Notion task board as Notion is unable to view HubSpot deals and progression with the normal embed function
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the meetings scheduler a lot, as well as the CRM. I use the deal pipeline all the time to track deals
Sales Hub Makes Selling More Easy!
What do you like best about the product?
We admittingly are not using it to it's full potential, but we love how simple it has made it to track deals through our stages and attribute individuals and companies to multiple deals. We really plan to dive into this even more ASAP
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot going on in there, so a little bit to really understand, but this isn't an issue with the Hub. Now that we know what we are doing, we are rocking and rolling with ease!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us keep track of our leads and who has been contacted and where they are in the sales process. It has been a tremendous help in ensuring leads are not slipping through the cracks!
Frictionless interactions with customers and prospects
What do you like best about the product?
In addition to being extremely easy to use, it's high degree of customization allows it to work seamlessly with our organization's process across multiple departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Syncing contacts from Zendesk brings in cc's on tickets which creates contacts that should never be added to HubSpot database. Not a huge issue, but super annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're brining our help desk ticketing into HubSpot which will allow us to get true customer health scores to keep our clients happy and reduct churn.

Team visibility silos are being dissolved, thru single user tracking across team members and areas!

It is a bit cumbersome starting out due to the openness.

I love how sales hub enbables my entire sales team to stay connected, on target with goals, and connects information to our marketing!

I wish there would be some more integrations pre built with more phone systems for AI transcription!

The biggest problem hubspot sales is solving is keeping a sales team on the same page with helpful and insightful metrics.
Great and Affordable CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, clean interface. Not as expensive as other CRMs.

Certain integrations do not work well with Hubspot , and leads to glitches.

A Powerful CRM for Marketing Insights and Sales Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
We transitioned from another CRM for lead acquisition, marketing, and reporting, and HubSpot gave us a clear understanding of the results of our marketing efforts. It allows us to follow up and categorize leads by product, track results month to month, and leverage reports and personalized dashboards. These dashboards make it easy for each department to monitor their specific goals and outcomes, providing great visibility across the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main drawback we’ve experienced is that some updates don’t sync automatically between contacts and deals. For example, in our appointment CRM setup, certain fields must be updated manually, and deal fields don’t always update with contact fields. This can leave room for error if one is updated and the other isn’t, requiring extra attention to maintain accuracy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage different properties, each with unique square footage and product offerings, so HubSpot allows us to personalize communication with every lead. It helps us send documents and quotes seamlessly, track deals across multiple properties, and accurately determine the marketing investment and ROI for each location. This level of organization and visibility has made our sales and marketing processes far more efficient and data-driven.
