Powerful and adaptable system, really well built

What do you like best about the product?
Really good levels of customisation so we can adapt it to our needs. Also very well built from a data architecture standpoint. Really appreciate the levels of analysis we can do on the data
What do you dislike about the product?
The sheer amount of features and funtionalit is sometimes a bit overwhelming for sales reps. The sales workspace is good, but not very customisable
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enabling us to analyse rep performance much better. Also lead attribution and conversion ratios. Very little downtime prevents disruption

What do you like best about the product?
Basic setup is easy, good personalization capabilities (Custom objects, custom properties)

For users the interface is simple and well organized

Calculated properties are limited, some right management can be improves (Possibility to dynamically assign right by properties with a user - owner - dynamically instead of choosing fix object owner or fix owner team

2 ways integration with other apps generally requiere 3rd party addon (Example 2 ways integration with google sheets)

Centralize customers datas and integration easily track revenue and sales interactions , possibility to collaborate between teams

What do you like best about the product?
It helps us to see the full prospect journey where we engage with what the client said on calls. I just love the platform to track the whole journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's quite expensive, so pricing is my concern.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using HubSpot, I used an Excel file to track and manage prospect data like conversation position, deals, and email data. I had to manually put all data in Excel, so it was quite hard work and messy. With HubSpot, it's quite manageable and easy, so basically it's a great ROI for our business.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how HubSpot combines everything in one place — CRM, email marketing, forms, contact tracking. For someone like me, it’s helpful to have customer info and email outreach tools all in one dashboard. The interface is clean, and it’s easy to use even without a marketing background.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are locked behind higher pricing tiers, which I guess can be frustrating if you’re a solo creator or small business. I also found the learning curve a bit steep at first with all the automation tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot to collect and manage contact info from my customers, and send follow-up emails. It keeps everything organised in one place. It’s saved me time, made my outreach feel more professional, and helped me keep track of my audience.

What do you like best about the product?
Can neatly and concisely view data and when to approach it. Customer support is fine for the moment. I use it a lot day to day and there are plenty of features to use

Hubspot needs to improve with software implementation, such as cloudtalk. The two don't work well together

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot makes it easy to manage all deals and relevant information for each. My clients were able to follow along and assess the progress on their end with zero difficulty.
What do you dislike about the product?
My company had many advisors using the same hub, making it sometimes difficult for me to filter during initial training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot supports my work and sales management efforts in an easily navigable way that communicates my progress to clients. I don't have to worry about organizing specific deal details since HubSpot does it for me.

What do you like best about the product?
Simply put... it does what I need. HubSpot Sales Hub is incredibly user-friendly and integrates seamlessly with our existing tools like Gmail and Slack. The automation features save a ton of time—especially sequences and task queues, which keep outreach organized and consistent. I also appreciate the real-time notifications when prospects open emails or click links. The CRM is clean and easy to navigate, with detailed contact records and activity tracking. Customizable dashboards make it easy to monitor pipeline performance at a glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve for setting up more advanced automation or workflows can be steep without support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub is helping us solve the challenge of managing leads and customer relationships in one centralized platform. Overall, it's improved team productivity and visibility into our pipeline, allowing us to make more data-driven decisions.
