New to CRM
What do you like best about the product?
My team is new to CRM, we were tacking down data from excel sheets, post its, etc. the team has adapted well and is learning more and more everyday
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s a lot of disjointed peices, it’s hard to connect them all

What do you like best about the product?
It’s better than all the rest. Super intuitive out of the box, but also so wildly customizable. Whether you’re a b2b manufacturer, SaaS, mon and pop shop, or something else, it’s simply the best sales solution hands down.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can seem intimidating at first if you’re brand new to a CRM or sales tools, and unless you have a solutions partner guiding you, you may feel a bit lost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great deal tracking and revenue forecasting!

Nothing! I love it. I use it every day and recommend to everyone.

User Friendly CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use for all levels of technical abilities. I love that i can customize data views for my different teams and set up methods of sales that works for their individual styles.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet. We have loved the adoption of HubSpot as our CRM.

Connecting data from across siloed platforms.
Can't imagine using any other tool!

I love how easy it is to integrate with every other tool and use it constantly
What do you dislike about the product?
Though it is easy for me to use, I find onboarding new users a bit difficult if they are super green to CRMs. Granted, this is likely a function of my role within the org and the customizations we've been created

Ease of customer tracking and integration with our platform

Is very personalizable and we can easily track all the sales data.

It could be even easier to use for the sales reps.

The mayor point it's resolving is the bad data we had before. Now we can see clearly.

Custom object locked at enterprise edition.

Sales automation. Enabling sales team members to sell without the need for an admin overhead.

The core CRM itself because it’s interconnected with a whole ecosystem of modules

Nothing ! The platform is getting even better with all the new features

The interface can be difficult to navigate and build sometimes.
