HubSpot Sales Hub is solving several key challenges in our sales process, primarily around organization, visibility, and efficiency. It centralizes all of our contacts, communication, and deal activity in one place, which significantly reduces time spent switching between tools and helps ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have a dashboard that is live upon a refresh of all of the team’s work for the day in a bar graph format is extremely handy. The ability to start tasks and continue them seamlessly is incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because of the massive amount of data, the system is often slow to load. Even with a brand new computer. It must take a very strong internet connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is not as archaic as salesforce but has all of the greatness of it combined with a cold calling setup that is as effective as gong.io. Instead of having multiple softwares open you can do it all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about HubSpot Sales Hub is how easy it is to manage the entire sales pipeline in one place. The automation features save a lot of time on follow-ups, and the email tracking and task reminders help me stay on top of every lead. It’s user-friendly, customizable which makes my workflow much more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing so far. It’s been smooth, reliable, and fits well with my daily sales workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub solves the problem of managing multiple leads and sales activities in one place. It automates follow-ups and reminders, helping me stay organized and close deals faster. This boosts my productivity and ensures no opportunity slips through the cracks.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot gives us the ability to create lists, run sequences, build reports from scratch, and add custom fields effortlessly. It serves as a central hub where we can access companies, contacts, emails, calls—everything in one place.

One standout feature is its duplicate detection for companies and contacts, allowing us to merge records seamlessly. Their 24/7 customer support via chat and call has been extremely reliable.

Our operations team has been using HubSpot daily for over two years. It integrates smoothly with all major databases and LinkedIn. The platform is incredibly user-friendly, quick to implement, and makes our day-to-day work significantly easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to Dislike when you have a platform like HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is helping in our day-to-day Operations and sending reports to teams and building custom reports, and helping us to manage our Inbound Leads and Outbound Leads. Running Email Campaigns for Events. We can see how sales representatives are doing their outreach and common CRM for the Information and Customer Database. Custom fields creation for our flexibility and the Use of Data Points for building custom reports and usage of HubSpot make our Sales and Marketing life way easier.

What do you like best about the product?
The sales workspace organizes everything our sales team needs to track in one place. Reducing the need for multiple reports and dashboards. Lead routing and tracking has become more streamlines using the lead object.
What do you dislike about the product?
Activity filtering can be difficult when you want to get specific. Between HubSpot objects the filtering capabilities are not consistent
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier to track contacts -> leads-> deals. We have visibility into the stats we need to hold the sales team accountable

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has been a total game-changer for how I manage my workload. As someone juggling multiple customer touchpoints and internal tasks daily, I needed a tool that wouldn’t just store data—but actually work for me.

HubSpot helps me stay on top of everything with minimal effort. I no longer waste time digging through emails, spreadsheets, or random notes. Tasks, follow-ups, and customer details are all organized in one place, and the automated reminders mean nothing slips through the cracks.

It’s easy to learn, easy to use, and honestly kind of addictive once you realize how much smoother your day can be. I save hours each week just by not having to chase down information or manually log activity.

If your workday is feeling chaotic, this is the kind of platform that brings structure without adding complexity. Highly recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
While HubSpot is incredibly helpful overall, there are a few things that could be improved:

Limited customization in some areas – I’ve occasionally found myself wishing for more flexibility in customizing views or task filters to match exactly how I work.

Workflow setup can feel overwhelming at first – The automation tools are powerful, but getting everything set up the first time can be a bit of a learning curve.

Reporting feels restricted unless you upgrade – Some of the more in-depth reporting features are locked behind higher-tier plans, which can be frustrating if you're trying to get full visibility without scaling up your subscription.

That said, these are minor in the grand scheme of what HubSpot helps me accomplish. The time savings and daily organization it provides still outweigh the drawbacks.
