It is so easy to use. Nearly intuitive. HubSpot gets what a business needs and delivers.

Sure, like anything, you need to get used to it. But once you do (and you do quickly), it's second nature.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub stands out for its highly customisable deal pipeline, which makes it easy to adapt the platform to our specific sales process. The ability to set up automated workflows for each deal stage saves time and ensures consistent follow-up and handoffs. I also really appreciate how straightforward it is to build reports and use custom objects, especially when tracking performance across different stages of the pipeline. The user interface is intuitive, and it’s easy to get new team members up to speed.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the core functionality is strong, some advanced features are locked behind higher-tier plans, which can be limiting for smaller teams. Additionally, customisation options for reports and dashboards, though good, can feel a bit constrained when trying to build more complex or niche reporting views. Lastly, syncing data across different Hubs (e.g., Marketing and Sales) can occasionally create friction if not set up carefully.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ubSpot Sales Hub helps us streamline and standardise our sales process, which was previously fragmented across multiple tools. By centralising everything, from lead tracking to deal management and reporting, we now have full visibility into our pipeline and can track performance in real-time. The automation features reduce manual work, ensuring faster follow-ups and fewer deals falling through the cracks. Additionally, having all sales data in one place improves cross-team collaboration and helps us make more informed decisions, ultimately driving better conversion rates and higher revenue.

What do you like best about the product?
The Sales Workspace has transformed how our sales team manage the sales cycle. From prosepecting to pushing the deal across the finish line, having one place to manage their tasks, has made adoption and efficiency that much easier
What do you dislike about the product?
The seats model makes it difficult for Super Admins, without a seat, to support their team in troubleshooting or trainig.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool allows us to organize our leads and create greater sales. The customer support is incredible!

The cost can be significant, but the benefits outweigh this.

Hubspot helps solves our organizational issues when tracking leads for our inside sales department. It also enables our customer service reps to respond in a fast manner.
