Great and Affordable CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, clean interface. Not as expensive as other CRMs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain integrations do not work well with Hubspot , and leads to glitches.

Keeping a track of reachouts ,different clients and tasks.
A Powerful CRM for Marketing Insights and Sales Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
We transitioned from another CRM for lead acquisition, marketing, and reporting, and HubSpot gave us a clear understanding of the results of our marketing efforts. It allows us to follow up and categorize leads by product, track results month to month, and leverage reports and personalized dashboards. These dashboards make it easy for each department to monitor their specific goals and outcomes, providing great visibility across the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main drawback we’ve experienced is that some updates don’t sync automatically between contacts and deals. For example, in our appointment CRM setup, certain fields must be updated manually, and deal fields don’t always update with contact fields. This can leave room for error if one is updated and the other isn’t, requiring extra attention to maintain accuracy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage different properties, each with unique square footage and product offerings, so HubSpot allows us to personalize communication with every lead. It helps us send documents and quotes seamlessly, track deals across multiple properties, and accurately determine the marketing investment and ROI for each location. This level of organization and visibility has made our sales and marketing processes far more efficient and data-driven.

What do you like best about the product?
My company had being using a different company and I was so glad when they switched to Hubspot!My manager made it easy to learn and use and my favorite part is how easy it is to change the settings to my liking, especially the deals tab.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a few minutes to load for me.

It keeps all my clients in their own boxes that have customized to make it easier so im not looking at the same people I just saw.
Keeps Sales Workflows Smooth and Organised
What do you like best about the product?
I like how everything I need for managing leads is in one place The interface is clean , the CRM is easy to navigate and logging calls and emails is quick. I cheque multiple times a day, and it really helps me keep track of follow ups without feeling overwhelmed. And Implementation is not lengthy .

As of now, I haven't faced any problem, It's working smoothly .

It's helping me stay on top of leads, track interactions and see where each deal stands. I can prioritize my pipeline better and spend less time searching for information

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it's customizable . The way that it links most of the data.Very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate that some modules are hard to find. It hidden . Even though I've been using Hubspot for 5 years now. I still need to find where is the template settings , where can I set a new work flow. Where can I set new sequences.

What do you like best about the product?
Every salesperson wants to shoot up their sales revenue, I am one of them and as Targets are set, We need to focus on predictable revenue. I loved this about HubSpot Sales Hub, it gives me access to have insights using AI tools of what can be the revenue and what I can do to Scale it up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting first demo is great but to understand the AI impact will take time and to streamline smart prospecting needs a sound training. Else once streamlined Sales operations it is easy to use platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we used normal CRM and the Scaling up of revenue was ambiguous that led to false sales Revenue assumptions and was difficult to boost up Sales Revenue and kept our sales Reps in dilemma. After HubSpot Sales Hub we could clearly define our goals and set predictable targets and also got clear picture of getting in touch with right prospect resulting in building a stronger pipeline.

What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is its seamless integration with the entire HubSpot ecosystem, which helps keep all sales, marketing, and customer service data connected in one place. The intuitive pipeline management, customizable automation, and robust reporting tools make it really easy to track deals and prioritize outreach efficiently. Plus, the ability to send emails, schedule meetings, and automate follow-ups all within the platform saves a ton of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there’s nothing I don’t like about HubSpot Sales Hub. I love it and would definitely recommend it to colleagues.

HubSpot Sales Hub helps solve the problem of scattered customer information and manual sales processes by centralizing contacts, communications, and deal tracking all in one place. This benefits me by saving time, improving organization, and enabling more personalized and timely follow-ups — ultimately helping me close deals more efficiently.
