What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and helps with the overview of leads. In my team we use a lot of the automations and the reporting which saves us a lot of time
What do you dislike about the product?
Some key features that are not included and the prices for higher tier can be very expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us keep everything organised and centralised. Makes it easier to follow up processes and tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Can be set up to capture most information from customers so that you only have to add a small additional amount

Prefer it to have a better app to check your account.

Helps with quotes and allows you to know who has viewed the quote that were sent and tracks customer purchases.

A Great Learning Experience using HubSpot Sales Hub as a Student

What do you like best about the product?
I really liked how easy it was to keep everything organized including leads, emails, and contact info were all in one place. The dashboard made it simple to track progress and follow up on tasks, which helped me stay on top of my work during the course.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the more advanced features, like setting up automation or creating detailed reports, were a bit tricky at first. I had to spend some extra time learning how to use those parts properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helped solve the problem of managing multiple tasks and contacts at once. Instead of juggling emails, spreadsheets, and reminders, I could handle everything from one place. It made working on group projects and campaigns a lot easier and more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
What I value most about HubSpot Sales Hub at LEAD Group is how well it organises our sales processes. We never miss a follow-up or opportunity thanks to the CRM's ease of use in managing and tracking leads throughout the pipeline. Our productivity has greatly increased thanks to the real-time visibility into deal stages and the capability to automate repetitive tasks. Additionally, the user-friendly interface and integration with our current tools facilitate seamless onboarding and everyday use for the whole sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although HubSpot Sales Hub is an effective tool for LEAD Group's sales pipeline management, it has certain drawbacks. Higher-tier plans are required to access some of the more sophisticated features, such as more thorough reporting or deeper automation workflows, which can be constrictive. Additionally, the deal stages and reporting dashboard customisation options could be more adaptable to better suit our unique sales process. Finally, without effective filtering and segmentation in place, the system may occasionally feel a little sluggish or cluttered when managing a large volume of leads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub is assisting LEAD Group in resolving significant issues related to follow-ups, lead management, and sales pipeline visibility. Prior to using HubSpot, managing deals and keeping track of conversations among several team members was ineffective and prone to mistakes. We now have a centralised system with real-time visibility into every interaction, task, and deal stage thanks to HubSpot. This guarantees that no lead is missed and enhances teamwork. By saving time on tedious chores like lead assignments and email follow-ups, the automation tools enable us to concentrate more on fostering relationships and accelerating deal closures.

What do you like best about the product?
It integrates easily with the other tools I use, which saves me a lot of time. The analytics are super easy to understand — I don’t need to be some analytics pro to make sense of them. Bulk outreach is a game changer, and I really appreciate the real-time notifications when someone opens or clicks an email. It’s just a great sales tool overall. Even the mobile version stands out — I can work from my phone, update sequences, add contacts, or move deals forward when I’m away from my desk. That kind of flexibility matters
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real downside for me is the pricing — once you start scaling and need more advanced features, it can get expensive. Also, some customisation options feel limited unless you upgrade to higher tiers. But overall, the value is still there if you're serious about sales
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s helped me stay organised without overcomplicating things. I don’t lose track of leads or forget to follow up anymore — everything’s in one place. The sequences keep my outreach consistent, even when I’m busy. And the fact that I can work from my phone means I never miss a beat, even when I’m on the move. It basically gives me a full sales desk in my pocket

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub (free) gave us just enough to get organized, get buy in from the team to use it, and start tracking — great for launching our first CRM from scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like better integration from company iPhone directly but that App works good. Just takes an extra step.

HubSpot is a CRM that helps me sell, not a CRM that is a checklist

What do you like best about the product?
It is designed for the sales user, or at least it feels that way. The Gmail extension, I use every single day for email templates, snippets, and meetings links. I use tasks in HubSpot every day as well to make sure nothing falls through the cracks, and the deal view in HubSpot is a daily for me as well to make sure I am staying on top of and nurturing all of my deals. Compared to other CRM's, I have also found it much more helpful and easier to be able to filter views of contacts, companies, and create reports that I would need. Of course it has to do with how your house is set up or how your leadership uses it or asks you to use it, but HS has been so helpful and actually helping me do my job versus being a burden to my job.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of many. It does what i need, and mroe. Some minor improvements may be being able to connect an external calendar to mine for a meetings link.

For example, if you partner with external orgs and want to co-sell together, and present mutual availability to a prospect, you can't do that today with HS meetings link.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipeline Management, Prospecting management, sales reporting.
