Great Usability with Some Cost Constraints
What do you like best about the product?
I find HubSpot Sales Hub to be quite user-friendly and adjustable, making it easy to understand even for non-technical users. I really like its intuitive interface and the drag-and-drop feature because they simplify the process. The AI assistant helps a lot, and I appreciate how I can have tailored pipelines and data views customized to my needs. The no-code automations are a big plus for efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is high, and I don't like the feature gatekeeping. Reporting constraints like limiting to 1000 rows are frustrating, and data migration is a mess.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub keeps sales information organized for our team, letting us track quotes, sales data, and customer stages easily.
AI-Driven Sales Efficiency, But Permissions Need Work
What do you like best about the product?
I love that HubSpot Sales Hub offers native AI automation that's incredibly accessible, designed for every sales rep rather than just data scientists. The AI tools are powerful and integrated directly, automating tedious tasks with just a few clicks and no coding needed. I also enjoy the seamless native integration with the entire HubSpot suite, which enhances efficiency. Additionally, the initial setup of HubSpot Sales Hub is exceptionally streamlined and user-friendly, making it easy to get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a fan of HubSpot Sales Hub's restrictive user permission tiers. The permission model is too broad with categories like 'Sales Rep,' 'Sales Manager,' and 'Admin,' but lacks the ability for detailed field-level or object-level permissions. For example, you can't stop a junior rep from seeing deal revenue data or a regional manager from changing global pipeline stages, which means admins either end up oversharing sensitive data or have to create separate CRM instances for different teams, which can be expensive and lead to siloing. Also, there's an issue with undersharing functionality. A senior sales rep who needs to make custom email templates or approve team quotes is restricted in the 'Sales Rep' tier and has to escalate tasks to a manager, which just slows everything down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub to automate lead scoring and engagement, saving time on data entry and boosting follow-up timing. It centralizes tasks, reduces admin work by over 50%, and improves open rates by 30-40%, optimizing our sales process.
Everything my sales team needs !
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot sales hub brings my entire sales process together. I'm a big fan of the email tracking and templates. being able to see when a customer opens an email or clicks a link gives me the insight i need to reach out at the right moment. Templates are easy to customize, so my team stays efficient without sounding robotic. The integration with marketing hub gives me a full picture of every leas from the first touch to closed deal.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that once got used to hubspot's workflow and automation, it is hard to imagine managing a sales pipeline without it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved the issue of inconsistent follow up. the automation tools like sequences, tsk reminders ensure that nothing falls through and that every rep follows the same proven process. with this, my team has become more organized and responsive which shows up in our conversion rates.

Streamlined Invoicing and Accounting with HubSpot Sales Hub
What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot Sales Hub covers many different aspects, allowing you to work on and track various aspects of the business all in one platform. I definitely use the invoices tab under the commerce section and the subscriptions tab the most. I like the way it's formatted, and I find it very organized. I appreciate how invoices are created and that they can be tracked effortlessly. HubSpot has made all the sales outreach more streamlined compared to what we used before, like Stripe and Growbots. It's great because HubSpot covers so much more, offering better value for the money. Even though there's a learning curve due to how much the platform can do, the videos that HubSpot provides make it easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that can be improved is being able to cc other contacts on automatic subscription invoices. You are able to manually go in and create an invoice and add and cc other contacts. But for the subscription invoices, you can only use one contact. A lot of our clients have one approver and one processor for invoices, so it is helpful when I can cc automatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub to automate invoice follow-ups and track payments, making billing easier. It helps create new revenue streams by allowing me to monitor incoming payments efficiently.
User-Friendly Interface, But Lagging Performance
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use in HubSpot Sales Hub. The forecast view and the sales space are very helpful, especially for my reasonable-sized team. Seeing the view of all their opportunities is brilliant. I also appreciate the score of each opportunity.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sales workspace is a bit laggy and it often crashes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub collates all my contacts and opportunities, and the forecast view gives my team a clear view of opportunities. It's easy to use and the sales space is valuable.
Intuitive CRM for a growing startup
What do you like best about the product?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub as our CRM to manage contacts, companies, deals, and more recently, growth metrics, leads, and sales goals. It keeps us organized and makes it easy to jump in and support our sellers on any opportunity. I find it both intuitive and powerful once you get a hang of the different object types. The initial setup was straightforward, and our small team had the flexibility to set things up how we liked.
What do you dislike about the product?
Driving advanced and automated feature adoption across the team, like email integrations, snippets, workflows, personal tasks and dashboards, etc had been a challenge. Also unwinding some automated things several years later has proven challenging as we decide to leverage certain features like lead tracking. HubSpot (to their credit) has figured out the perfect price / feature wedges on advanced plans, so be prepared to wait to use certain advanced tools until you really need/ are large enough to afford them. That said, I'd still choose them again if I were starting over.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub as our CRM to manage contacts, companies, and deals, keeping us organized and supporting our sellers. It's intuitive and powerful, helping track partner performance with custom associations.
Valuable Tool with Learning Curve Challenges
What do you like best about the product?
I love the Kanban board view. I really enjoy being able to see all of the clients and being able to filter depending on any piece of information I'd like to see.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think just some of the visibility of the settings sometimes it takes a really long time to figure out how to edit a certain piece on a card or a property. But that just may take me some time to figure it out. The must have difficult and challenging part was getting our integration set up. It took quite a long time. So we actually were not even able to use HubSpot correctly for some time. It's a very expensive program. And it took a really long time for us to see any return on the investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub solves the complexity of organizing our intake department, helping case managers with client engagement, payment collection, and data logging to prevent clients from falling through the cracks.
