Streamlined our sales process and improved team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive and user-friendly the platform is. It didn’t take much training for our team to get the hang of it, and now it’s part of our daily workflow. The pipeline view is especially helpful for keeping track of deal stages, and the automation features save us a ton of time. I also appreciate how well it integrates with our other tools like Gmail, Zoom, and Slack, it helps us work smarter, not harder.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting features are good, but I wish the customization was a bit more flexible especially when it comes to visualizing data across multiple pipelines. Some advanced filtering options are limited unless you upgrade to a higher-tier plan, which might not be ideal for smaller teams with tighter budgets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before HubSpot, it was hard to get a clear picture of where deals stood or to keep track of all our client interactions across the team. HubSpot has helped us centralize our communications, automate follow-ups, and manage our pipeline more effectively. It’s saved us time, reduced leads slipping through the cracks, and made our outreach feel a lot more organized and personalized. It's also been a big help when it comes to tracking performance and identifying bottlenecks.

What do you like best about the product?
the best part about hubspot is that you can upload contacts easily with the use of xls or csv file. you can as well edit the contacts and add it in the sequence anytime.

What do you dislike about the product?
it does not give us which all emails would be bounce when uploading, they should have some option

HUbspot Sales hub solves all the problem which sales and marketing has, right from managing contacts to checking the opportunities in the CRM.
Great CRM tool for Merchant Success
What do you like best about the product?
I like that's a all in one platform that's easy to use and implement. I use it every day and it is linked to our Admin, Email, and Aloware, making it super easy to keep track of all communication. It has SO many features that it's hard not to find what you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it's hard to set up at first to ensure all works as wanted, but once it is set up, it's a piece of cake to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to have a seamless sales to onboarding merchant experience while everything that the customer goes through is tracked and kept in one place.
Excellent tool for Sales!
What do you like best about the product?
It allows you to export many kinds of reports, not only in writen format, but also in the form of graphics. It is a great tool, even to automate campaigns. It has helps us a lot!
What do you dislike about the product?
The GUI is not so intuitive, at least for the reporting is not so "helpful" you need to dig super deep to be able to extract/export the info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Help us to see what was happening, were was happening and to helped us to apply fixes and see the results of those fixes.

It is very easy to use and helps with the overview of leads. In my team we use a lot of the automations and the reporting which saves us a lot of time

Some key features that are not included and the prices for higher tier can be very expensive.

Easy to use. Can be set up to capture most information from customers so that you only have to add a small additional amount

Prefer it to have a better app to check your account.

Helps with quotes and allows you to know who has viewed the quote that were sent and tracks customer purchases.
A Great Learning Experience using HubSpot Sales Hub as a Student
What do you like best about the product?
I really liked how easy it was to keep everything organized including leads, emails, and contact info were all in one place. The dashboard made it simple to track progress and follow up on tasks, which helped me stay on top of my work during the course.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the more advanced features, like setting up automation or creating detailed reports, were a bit tricky at first. I had to spend some extra time learning how to use those parts properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helped solve the problem of managing multiple tasks and contacts at once. Instead of juggling emails, spreadsheets, and reminders, I could handle everything from one place. It made working on group projects and campaigns a lot easier and more efficient.

not much to be honest, the product is solid for my companies use
