HubSpot is great but watch our for their pricing strategy

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is an integrated solution that enables all customer contact to be in a single place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their pricing strategy when you suddenly find a feature you want will cost you $50 a month extra per user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It takes all the spreadsheets and other manual systems out of the equation,

Easy management of Contacts and Opportunities
What do you dislike about the product?
Basic functionality like the LinkedIn connection is on a higher price trier, link from Contacts to Companies is clunky

The central hub for contacts & leads makes it easier to focus on advancing opportunities

What do you like best about the product?
It is very user-friendly, and dashboards and integrations are really easy to use even for people that never used it before. For my sales and marketing teams is a great tool to work together. Build the pipelines they need and connect all the data points.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the cost is a little bit high. Of course, I understand that it is a very complete and robust tool, however, for small companies it can be pricy
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our sales department is leveraging this tool to have their sales pipelines in place. Integrations with other tools + a centralized dashboard that connects all the data + automation features are the key points for them that make their job much easier to handle. Previously the team used project management tools, spreadsheets, and a lot of manual work to do all this. Now with Hubspot Sales Hub this is much easier for them.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub is incredibly user-friendly and integrates seamlessly with other tools, making it ideal for streamlining sales processes. Its automation features, such as email tracking and workflow creation, are standout elements that save time and improve efficiency. The visual deal pipelines provide excellent clarity on sales progress, helping teams stay organized and focused on closing deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
While HubSpot Sales Hub is feature-rich, some of the more advanced capabilities are only accessible through higher-tier plans, which can be pricey for smaller teams. Additionally, the reporting features, though comprehensive, could benefit from more customization options to suit unique business needs.

The support team and also the lack of some reporting functionality

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, it has the necessary tutorials to set it up according to my needs. It is very comprehensive, I manage my contacts, it integrates with my email, it integrates with Apollo.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had days when I get temporary errors, sometimes it slows down and that makes me lose time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't perceive any problems

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and you can see both key details at a glance and details if needed. Customer support and success is always helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main drawback in my opinion is the limited customization in the object layouts and reporting. However, I see constant improvements in this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly it serves as our CRM and then marketing and emailing tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that I can but on the money with my clients and know exactly what they need at any given point in the sales Journey.

I love the calling feature from the mobile phone and also consolidating all client intel in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the complexity of the tool makes it a little inhibitting for most small businesses. I defitely think this is something you need assistance on a regular basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Definitely helping me stay on top of my clients and know exactly what they need at any point of their sales Journey.
