Revolutionary
What do you like best about the product?
Everything a sales team needs all in one place! Easy to manage and easy to for teams to work together. Clear visibility throughout the whole sales process from prospect to customer. Customer support is always very responsive and it easily integrates with other software
What do you dislike about the product?
As its so indepth it requires good setup and team training and continual oversight
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
true visibility of our pipeline, where people come from to find us, how long it takes to convert, average spends etc it solves the whole problem of running and managing the sales funnel
Very easy to use and useful
What do you like best about the product?
Going through tasks is very easy. You can get through it very easy. The call integrations are also very solid.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is something strange about the integration with open phone. The first few seconds of almost every call is cut off on our side. I think it's just open phone though

Email tracking and easy tracking with cold calls.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to navigate. We use it for marketing and customer support and the way things are connected makes it so streamlined.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don't like, and it's pretty minor, is the way you drop meeting links in. I usually change the text of the link and it's a bit cumbersome and it's hard to send links of my colleagues. Only other thing is I didn't see a warning before our subscription cost increased; it was automatic. We could've cleaned up our list a bit prior to being increased if we had warning, but we'll figure that out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to have a shared inbox, Easily emailing customers and potential customers, Tracking customer history

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, has pretty much every tool I could hope for. Tons of features. Lots of help available both from HubSpot and from out on the internet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not the most attractive UI for how much time I spent in the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizes, tracks, and I know that whenever i want to add a new aspect to marketing and sales, I have a solution within Hubspot. Very comprehensive software.
I love Hubspot and use it daily.

My favorite thing is the feed where I can see interactions with my emails
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything that I dislike so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outbound Call tracking, convenience of being able to add notes after calls, email tracking
HubSpot is simple to use but can be as complex and detailed as you need
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it can be very simple if I just wanted to load contacts and track activity but it also can be as detailed as I need for instance using the bulk email, activity tracking, and email templates. It's been a game changer for LiveSmart AI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now, I don't really have any dislikes maybe the cost for the additional team members but overall it's going well
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all my sales activity in one place. Loading all my contacts, checking progress and status of outreach and email.
Very recommended for small companies
What do you like best about the product?
We have a small BD team and having a CRM was a huge goal for us. Setting up hubspot was incredibly easy, and their team helped us at every stage of the way. They have costumer support who answers things very rapidy.
Hubsot community: A lot of people use hubspot and there are many blogs with tips, tricks and things you could do to improve your setup.
Competitor differencess: I would recommended to every company (big or small) but specifically for our small company was very easy to use. I have previously used Salesforce and this was much easier and we could have more out of it.
Price: very economical and you can combine different seat pricings to actually pay for what you need.

There are many apps you can link to it, which is good but sometimes it feels like it is way too many apps. It is easy to get lost

Tracking conversations, leads and deals.

What do you like best about the product?
The tasks reminders are really helpful. Adding linked in profiles or email addresses pulls in logos for contacts. I also like the integration to google and fathom.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially I was unsure which package I needed. I believe I have the right one now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a one stop shop to see all my contacts and follow up on tasks. Far better than a spreadsheet! I've also used the forecasting funcionality in the deal tracker.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the amount of information that can be included to show all in one place to avoid switching between systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish the layout was a bit better for the information or there was a way to export the information better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of revene and Hubspot does that well.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and full of features, all in one.

It is a little hard to keep up with the new features and learn how to use them

It's our one crm where we have all the contact and all sales process is taken care of.
