So far I have had no issues with using HubSpot!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me stay organized and updated about my cutomers. Scheduling meetings with clients use to be like hearding cats. but the Scheduling link helps alot.
HubSpot Sales Hub provides me with all of the tools I need to succeed!

I enjoy how easy is it to navigate and how much clearer the view is.

Nothing that I’m able to think of right now!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Hub is solving problems faced with marketing email performance in that this data at certain levels has not always been available to the business. We can now see everything!
It makes tracking email and e-signing documents easy

The e-signing feautres make it easy to use.

You can't find the address or phone number within the contact record.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to track deals, save contact info, learn more about the people visiting our site, sending marketing emails, integrated chat box, keeping track of customer support inquiries.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard to learn about all the features right away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a small team so having all the customer information and deal registartions in one spot is easier for everybody to look at when they need to.

Its very easy to use and allows me to keep track of my whole sales approach, easily integrates into my data provider.

there are a few things you cannot do, like bulk apply activities but easy enough to do manually

Enabling us to build a database and keep track of all sales activities in one place

What do you like best about the product?
I am now using Hubspot scheduling and completing removing back and forth emails with availability. My clients can easily go in and schedule a meeting and they love it

Attaching my email signature can be difficult

Remembering when to do follow ups ecpecially when the client requests one at a future date

Easy to configure and user friendly interface.

Hubspot , like any other CRM, is repetitive but it is the best of the bunch.

I really enjoy being able to see if my emails have been opened and how many times. This way I am able to contact those interested with a personal phone call.

Making the reporting easier to see on the dashboard

If a lead is warm or not by the tracking available
Great experience so far (although on the pricy side of life)

Everything I need to monitor, track and nurture leads is available here.

The cost generally with the plans to get basic automation for the same cost at most other CRMs is on the higher side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing me to collate leads at an efficient rate whilst providing an easy way of tracking our inbox, the website enquiries etc through to creating and managing deals through the process.
