Easy to use and effective
What do you like best about the product?
It has all the information for cintactas and companies, really easy to use, offers a lot of feedback and even allows to set task for any reminders or follow ups needed which is really helpful

Sometimes the information isn't 100% accurate

Is helping us get the information on prospects and keeping tab on all the follows needed

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is great for tracking recently closed deals within the sales cycle. I can quickly find what I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that comes to mind at this time!

They provide one place for me to find information that I need.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Hub has revolutionized the way the sales reps at my company work. It's also made it easier for marketing and sales to work together. Sequences have been a particular win.

I dislike the pricing tiers for Sales Hub seats.

What do you like best about the product?
The range of features it provides is suitable for various industries.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now, maybe the customer support can be a bit fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was and have been working in sales and marketing and Hubspot CRM makes the tasks so much easier.
HubSpot proven to be both user friendly and a real time saver.
What do you like best about the product?
There are alot things which I like about the Hubspot. Starting with automated email and task remnders which help in keep the prospects engaged. We can keep a track of deals in real time, allowing me to understand where a deal is standing. Hubspot is integrated with outlook ensure all information is uptodate and we get notification as well whenever clients open the mail. It is very easy to create task and update previous task. Using it is also very smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was not able to find any downsides in hubspot but I can say that some users may find limitations in creating custom properties.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been hubspot for past 6 months and it's proven to be both user friendly and a time saver. It solves the challenge of managing and prioritizing leads, tracking intigration and streamling sales process, all within a single platform.

It's very user-friendly and email tracking, email sequencing and task reminders are some of the best parts that make the work more efficient.

There is nothing so far that I dislike about it.

It allows our business development reps more insight into the accounts theyve opened, as they progress through the sales cycle.

Can get a little confusing due to all the different features at first.

Allows management to have more insight into the lifecycle of a deal, allowing us to pin point choke points, and address them as needed

Its very easy to use and keep us updated with the filter to work on the Business and Help us to Gnerate more revenue

As much there is nothing which we didnt like but there should be easy method to apply the filters

The biggest problem that its solving is that it help us to work on those lead which has been left behind and we forgot to work on them
