What do you like best about the product?
Hubstaff help us to identify growing user in our app. And how they use our booking services in the app. It also help us to know the business growth of our app.
What do you dislike about the product?
For now we are not experiencing any issue in this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helping us to know the exact number of user engaging in our app and how many user frequently using our booking services.

What do you like best about the product?
The way HubSpot manages deals and displays stages truly sets it apart. Its navigation is exceptional, and the intuitive user experience stands out as far superior to that of its competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
list of complicate tools that doesnt require and automation is still basic version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary reason we at Creative Solutions use HubSpot is for its sales CRM capabilities. It excels at tracking each individual customer's journey, from lead generation all the way to conversion. The product is very easy to use, and it saves us a significant amount of time that would otherwise be spent on manual tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
The feature such as Centralized and able to integrate with any CRM is what i see as a best feature in this product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't find anything to dislike except some features are locked for high tier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Usually tracking leads, follow ups, and deal progress across different tools was time consuming and inconsistent. With Sales Hub, everything is centralized in the CRM, making it much easier to monitor sales activities, measure performance, and keep the team aligned. This tool helps our sales team to monitor their sales activities much easier and allow our tech team to integrate with CRM Easily.

What do you like best about the product?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub for prospecting and managing deals, and I find it helpful for managing pipelines and contacts. It records calls with AI transcripts, which is really useful. I like the task and deal pipeline views and management options because they save me time and ensure I don't miss crucial communication opportunities, helping me close deals quicker and more effectively. The initial setup was fairly simple, not too difficult.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be simplified in some areas, they are so many different views and options it can sometimes be overwhelming. The prospecting dashboard, for example, I find overly complex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub to manage my pipeline and contacts, record calls with AI transcripts, and it saves me time by preventing missed communication, helping me close deals faster.

What do you like best about the product?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub to track and follow up with my assigned customers, and I find it great for keeping records of check-ins and maintaining up-to-date information. It solves the problem of having all customer information and communications in one place. What I like most is that it's very intuitive and easy to use. It's a more efficient and complete tool compared to what we used before. The initial setup was super easy and took less than 10 minutes.

I don't like that you can't send bulk emails unless you use the marketing add-on.

What do you like best about the product?
If I had to pinpoint what I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub, it isn't just a single flashy feature; it’s the seamless way it transforms the friction of manual sales work into a fluid, automated engine. It’s the first CRM I’ve used that actually feels like it was designed for the person selling, rather than just the person pulling the reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is incredibly powerful, my biggest frustration is undoubtedly its steep pricing structure. While the "free" and "starter" tiers are great for getting your feet wet, the jump to "Professional" or "Enterprise" levels is a massive financial leap. The costs scale exponentially as you add more users, which can feel like a "growth tax" for a scaling business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can see exactly when a prospect opens my email or visits our pricing page. This changes everything: I’m no longer "selling" into a void; I’m responding to a need at the exact moment it appears. My conversations are more relevant, and my conversion rate has spiked.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot makes it easy to keep track of your clients, and I really like how it connects with Outlook and imports all the emails for that client. So you can see all the communications with that client in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were more "project" based instead of "task" based.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of having several diffent software to track emails, calls, client information, and task, it's all in one place.
