Very helpful for our sales team. Has helped us to track our data more efficiently and grow our sales and prospecting efforts!

Just wish I had some more training, but all good!

New to sales hub, when first assessing it it didn’t have what we needed but it has since evolved.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use tool that creates efficiencies within our team. Lots of resources to help teach our team members to use the tool and house their customer data in one spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of features that would be beneficial for our business but it requires an enterprise level. Would be great to be able to pick and choose the features and make a custom hub for us. We are a small business and not quite ready to commit to a full hub but are interested in some features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping our team keep track of their customer information in a more streamlined way we have not been able to do this in the past with limited tools. Hubspot provides a solution with many integrations which is hopefully will become an all in one solution for us.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot CRM is our eay to go to follow deals and the flow from lead to customers. But it also help us at marketing to see what our lead do on our website and other channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be overwhelming and the setup is not user friendly if you're alone. I highly suggest to do business with a Hubspot integrator / consultant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From a Sale perspective, it aeesome for our sale team to understand what they are doing and how they can improve the relation with our clients.

Intuitive CRM
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot's UI is extremely intuitive and user-friendly. The company also constantly provides updates to assist with the platform's limitations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting capabilities of the tool are quite limited. Often, multiple reports are needed when you, with other tools, can accomplish your desired goal in a single report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot streamlines many process atr my current, such as pipeline management and, lead tracking. We have implemented multiple workflows that allow us to have a lot of process automated, reducing manual work.

What do you like best about the product?
Centralized our lead and deal systems to more easily work leads, and provides stellar reporting for both reps and leadership. Automations also help to speed up the deal cycle and remove slow steps. Overall increased visibility, which was a big need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Constant new updates and improvements, which is nice, can hinder learning and having everyone be on the same page. Where to look, access to what, etc.

Has been transformational to getting all of our departments on the same page!
