HubSpot Sales Hub has everything anyone needs
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot sales hub has all of the necessary things out of the box to get your account up and running while also having the customization options to be changed for any type of sales or business process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting and tracking MRR still is not the best

Basically providing visbility into what our teams are doing our deal velocity
Enjoying new CRM
What do you like best about the product?
The reports, tools, and activity tracker provide seamless integration with email and calendar, along with task reminders. I love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
That is not syncing with the phone app sometimes. Also, when you are assigned a new leaf, you receive the email notification before seeing it in the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The track of the activity and the remainder of the tasks.
Easy to understand, a good system
What do you like best about the product?
You don't need an extensive training as everything is easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many settings that can be merged, some things are also unnecessary but workable

We can easily track and manage our leads. Also, it serves as a main tool for our daily tasks

Customer success is not great, they charge for everything.

Intuitive, easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very user friendly and easy to learn how to use for first-time HubSpot users. Our team has zero adoption issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some reporting gets thrown off based on our workflows. For example, we have a workflow setup to automatically assign MQL as lifecycle stage to inbound demo requests. However, if the lead is clearly not in ICP we will move it back to Lead or Subscriber. The issue then becomes, when we use the Hubspot analytics report to look at MQL conversion rate, it doesn't let you filter out MQLs that moved back a stage. Not a major issue as we can workaround this but I do wish I can trust the reporting and customize filters even further without having to change existing workflows.

Managing our deal pipeline and customer interactions in a single place.

The ability to tie together marketing and sales activities and improve visbility for sales.

The customization limitations of the leads object.

The ability to track sales activities as well as lead quality and progression through the sales funnel.
Powerful CRM for Onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
The email marketing automation is great! It has helped us boost several things in sales and onboarding new clients. Another great benefit is the user control, you have full power to add someone without risking sensitive information because you can customize the permissions and all. We also love the email open rate and overall stats, we can easily track client communications because our managers are all connected and all stays in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to be able to play videos within emails, currently they open on a separate page but no big deal. The dashboard customization could be better too.

Automating email campaigns as well as organizing our client database and keeping it updated

It provides a centralized tool that allows us to manage all of our contacts. Further, I utilize forms as an potential client intake form at trade shows.
