What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to track deals and create quotes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sequences can be hard to manage since you can only do sequences for companies you "own".

Being able to track and manage my sales pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
What I really appreciate about HubSpot is how easy it is to use, especially the kanban-style layout for managing deals. It makes it really simple to visualize where everything stands, and I love how it keeps my emails automatically recorded. Plus, it's quite affordable compared to other tools, which is a big plus, especially considering the range of features I get access to. Most of the lead generation tools that I use can be integrated with HubSpot. it can be easily implemented with other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the downside, the lock-in period can be a bit frustrating, especially when you’re tied into a committed term after accepting a discount. It’s a pain that you can’t remove extra seats once you’ve added them, and the recurring billing can catch you off guard if you’re not careful. Be careful about the marketing contacts because they will charge you right away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has been a real asset in organizing and streamlining me and our team's sales process. It’s helped me keep track of deals and communications without needing to juggle multiple platforms. Everything is in one place, and the integration with other tools makes my workflow smoother and more efficient. It’s really cut down on the time I spend managing administrative tasks, letting me focus more on actually selling.

The best thing is option to view all the domains under one roof. Be it quotations, deal, payment links, support tickets, subscription, invoices etc.

It takes lot of time to load. Real time call logs are not visible at certain times.

I don't have to go anywhere else be it google calendar Or another app to schedule meetings

As a technical person with 3 cents in the opportunity/deal creation, it is essential to have a tool that does not require a learning curve - as everything is very intuitive.
Extremely easy to use for non-sales people, excellent organization of the information (and its structure).

Before it was very difficult to get a proper insight to review the Sales performances, Sheduleing meeting, Etc, Now Hubspot sales Hub is solving all the issues, the real time data helps to do the better decision taking and critical thinking.

Its very easy to use the first thing.We can easily maintain the data .Its completely automated, data can be stored for life time which is useful to reachout to customers. Hubspot also allows to communicate via mail, call and whatsapp to clients which makes sure for better outcome, lastly very convenient and easy to customise and also data driven for all sales personnel. Very very recommendable crm softwear.

Hubspot does not allow to see all clients's details until and unless if we have the access.
Hubspot training requires a few days and its time consuming also.
Hubspot can not reach any customer if the customer has blocked it

I have used different crm softwear earlier but there was no reminder, hubspot has this great feature which reminds me to complete my tasks everyday without any deviataion.

It gives many insights from which we can determine the quality of the deal. And best we can pitch accordingly

Task gets removed so i find it irritating

It gives as real-time insights about when the delegate opens the email and accordingly we will understand that person is reading our email so immediately we can connect with him
Hubspot is vital to me to understand my customers
What do you like best about the product?
i chose hubspot because it was very flexible and easy to customise. That is very important to me to ensure that this became my CRM and had my language and processes. it takes less than an hour to build,test and deploy the business critical publisher action.it is morely a customer friendly CRM and can be implemented in customer support firms too. that i use on a regular day basis. The CRM is very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes has lag while loading multiple data at a time. sometimes i have to fetch and merge two leads of same customers it takes some time to load. once i merge it i am not able to umerge the deal. kindly requesting you to look into that.The integration between two data is the difficult part.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i will be having N number of deals to work on everyday as i will getting leads from different countries, in my previous CRM it was very difficult to track down the customer details but here in hubspot with one click or search i am able to get full customer info, interaction and his queries.
