Very friendly and feature packed platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to track lead's acticities, emails and link tracking. This helps us sort them very quick to hot and cold. As a daily user, the tracking along with the automation and reports have to be my favourite
What do you dislike about the product?
Their pricing needs to improve. For small teams its too expensive. And many restrictions on emails with low tier plans.The whole setting up is a complex and tedious process, the admin team did it for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As any other CRM, we have a centralised collection of data,- customer interactions across various channels. Much better coordination with our marketing team and their campaigns with use of hubspot
Well rounded platform for Sales Management
What do you like best about the product?
As a daily user I'm very familiar with the UI and its somewhat better than the old look. It also has a lot of features like emails and calls tracking, the notifications from the chrome extension are a blessing. Reports and dashboards view- our team uses this on a weekly basis to get idea of team performance and project numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup and getting used to the interfacetakes a bit of time. Nowadays, there are a lot downtimes or issues with thrid party integration, we often get those notification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More than solving the problem, hubspot has made it easier for us to collaborate with multiple teams, compare their numbers and even share data. We have a unified system for tracking sales and outreach teams' performance.

What do you like best about the product?
As a user I'm really satisfied with the new ui, it's very easy to track and manage the deals, contacts and the interactions.
The automation has to be the next best thing, a lot of our manual taska are eliminated with hubspot automation. Finally, the real time notifications and email tracking, I find them very useful.

What do you dislike about the product?
Frequent feature updates/changes, I feel it takes quite some time to get used to the crm. Our team was facing issues with integration with third party apps but I am not sure to which extent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead management, the built in lead prioritisation and segregation is very useful. And also the reports and analytics dashboard, we get a detailed performance tracking with this. It's simple to understand once familiarised.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about HubSpot is that there is email tracking. It definitely helps in effective sales.
Another great thing is the transaction panel, which is intuitive and allows you to monitor your processes in real time.
Search, also should be mentioned in the pluses, because it is simple and effective.

What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is the limited number of industries to choose from. Unfortunately, often a given industry is not available.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot solves the basic problem of having a CRM function in our organization. We mainly use it to track our sales activities, so we don't duplicate our work and can easily verify who is at what stage of sales.
A CRM tool with powerful and extraordinary features
What do you like best about the product?
I like best about HubSpot is its user-friendly and Filter features. It's the best CRM I've used throughout my career, and I've used quite a few. In just a month of using HubSpot, I love it how it covers all the filters and data I need for client interactions. and I’m genuinely enjoying the experience. i use this CRM on a regular basis. Especially if you are switching from salesforce to hubspot you will see the major difference where hubspot has upperhand in all the details and features.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is some mobile view issues when i try to open it via mobile. you need to change the mediaquery. The Grid is not not perfect in a mobile view. By the mobile view i meant the tables and values. calling tab is completely out of alignment. i request you to fix that. Improve the email format also.

1. it resolves my problem of filtering my regular follow ups to the customer.
2.it gives the complete team data whether it comes to calls, emails etc.
3.as i will be having lot of customers , i understand the each customers queries and responses i gave using the notes/ records option available in the hubspot.
4.after using hubspot i didn't have to use microsoft excel to track the customer details anymore.
5.The notification option of hubspot has giving the clear insight of customer name, deal type and their contact seperately. so that is very useful for me.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales contains everything we need to run our company effectively. We got rid of multiple other software when we switched to Hubspot, because we no longer needed them!

There are some functionalities that are not currently available, and it does take the development team a LONG time to listen to suggestions from the community.

Communicating with our members through multiple mediums, combining member information at our fingertips, ease of reporting
Best CRM I've used to Date
What do you like best about the product?
This has been one of the greatest sales tools that I've used in a long time. I love the automatic tracking of emails and contacts. It makes being able to keep my deals and contracts in order. It also helps me set up follow-ups a lot smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a great tool. The integration into Outlook could be a little smoother though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest thing that HubSpot is helping with is organizing. Instead of me having to organize everything HubSpot does it for me. Not only does it for me but does it better than I would.
Organizing chaos
What do you like best about the product?
It makes organizing tens of thousands of contacts manageable, and makes sorting them into concrete groups fast and easy. This would be a nightmare without hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take a long time to process large lists.
