Makes managing data extremely easy.
What do you like best about the product?
I've used multiple CRMs throughout my career, and Hubspot outperforms them in every aspect. It's used every day in my role and makes finding metrics and data so seamless. Their support team is always on call to answer any questions.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see some more advertising data being available in reports.

Showcasing sales metrics in a clear concise manner.
CRM with great capabilities for a reasonable price
What do you like best about the product?
I like that hubspot does everything you need it to do, it covers the basics and it's great for those who can't afford the big pricetags of salesforce. Even the free version works well for smaller companies trying to get going, and it is cabable of holding its own when budget for more software is tight. It does multiple things meaning smaller bsuinesses only need invest in one sotware. It is easy to set up, the support is good and it integrates with many things. There signiture maker is a great free tool too!
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the UX tricky sometimes, they are making improvments but if its not set up right day one it can be hard to change it

Website visitors, cadence writing, CRM, tracking Activities, tracking deals, source of truth
Having a notification at the moment of a lead opens my email is remarkable.

Easy using of deal creation and notification at the moment of a lead opens my email.

When I open an email that I sent to a lead, I get a notification as the lead opened that email.

Eliminating the excel sales funnel challenges. Facilitating the invoice preparation process.

The new reporting feauters are awesome and the integrations they added are very useful.

It is little pricy as compared to the options in market which are really good. Price can be competetive.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using HubSpot to manage my pipeline for cold outreach. It's a platform I use on a daily basis and all my work is tracked in the CRM. I really like the how simple it is to create lists and sequences to organize my outbound process. We started using HubSpot just a couple of months ago and from day one we noticed how easy and useful it would be to start using the platform in our outreach, with a seamless implementation. We have an integration with Trellus, a power dialer and it works seamlessly, which is great. The few times we've needed help from customer support, we received quick and useful responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that for me one of the down sides is that it's not easy to have an account-based approach on out outreach, which is how we used to work. Currently, we're focused on lead-based outreach and it's a bit difficult to adapt that workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The HubSpot Sales Hub is helping me track my activities throughout the day/week/month and this has helped me understand better how to change and improve my process.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot gives lots of functionalities like CRM, Calling, Messaging all in one software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot is very good software which provides lots of functionalities but on the other hand it is not beginner friendly. It takes lots of research and practice to learn it properly.

It gives a huge database which can store lot of contacts inside it and its very easy to access them along with that Hubspot gives data control give is great to keep the private data secure
