Easy to work with
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to utilize and my favorite part is the app, which allows you to follow up with your contacts while in the road.

i think i like im new using it and i think it is a good tool for sales teams to have better follow ups with clients

I love the personalization that you are allow to use so the product is perfect for your own business

Is expensive per user, so it can go off the budget if you have a big team

We can know if the sales team is reaching our prospects enough and in time

Hubspot sales hub sounds like it would be a really great tool to have access to as a sales rep.

What do you like best about the product?
If you have a sales team HubSpot is a must have. From sequences to meeting schedulers and prospecting tools. HubSpot Sales Hub has it all!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I think it's a great tool. I do think paid sales seats get a bit expensive but other than that it's great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Activity logging. For a long time we have been using a legacy CRM system and this has opened up so much possibility within our sales team.

HubSpot allows for flexibility between business units while tracking sales for prospects to established customers.

HubSpot is continuously evolving making things better. But keeping ups can some times be a challenge.

Very good for inputting my information I'm keeping track of all of my leads

The fact that it at skate it gets very very expensive

It allows our sales team to managed there processes with automated, but personal outreach

I love how simple it is to use and customize to fit your sales teams needs. I've been able to accomplish more within HubSpot Sales Hub than many other competitor CRM's
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, not much. There will always be kinks that don't work for specific business use cases, however sales hub easily accomplishes 98% of what teams need to be successful.

It helps our sales teams prioritize the most meaningful tasks an enable sales managers to quickly understand their sales pipeline and where to spend their time with the team wisely.
