HubSpot: A breath of fresh air!
What do you like best about the product?
After using Dynamics and Salesforce for so many years, it was a breath of fresh air to find a CRM that didn't need a manual or endless clicks to navigate. Easy-to-use, innovative ,the set-up was seamless and painless.
Tired of lenghly wait times when dealing with support? Not at HubSpot. With a few clicks, you get a live person either by chat or phone. and all the support staff Ive dealt with have been very knowledgeable.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I've encountered is when doing an import. HubSpot has tendency to duplicate companies on occasion and it even creates, although rarely, the company name as a url.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None so far.

No downside at all, Hubspot is a top CRM tool.

hubSpot is easy and fast to use. if you know how to use it it's amazing

Sometimes it's a bit overwhelming with all the various features not well shown

I like how everything can be made into a link in the public domain, including files, quotes, and more.

I don't like how the cache not being cleared on personal computers makes it hard to update marketing material without creating a completely new link.

Has one platform for all sales functions. Very easy to keep everything in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is stored in the same place. The ability to create flows and save manual labour.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't figured out how to view deal stage and lead status at the same time in Dashboard.

The ability to recognize an exsisting customer. Nice user interface.

To be able to trace back similar deals or past deals

Mobile app is not as intuitive- had to go through several steps before I could log in a deal.

I like the integrations offered and ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the way it pulls the company information when creating new companies and contacts because sometimes I need to enter multiple contacts for one company but different branches which have different addresses/info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the need to create a separate list of follow up task because I can do it on the order I'm working on.
Hubspot has been very helpful since it has different products inside, such as tickets, contacts, workflows, objects

I recently discovered the customized object which is veeery useful, since at my company, several teams touch the same ticket, it could become messy sometimes

friendlier dashboards, I get some challenges when trying to apply multiple filters to my dashboards

We can have all the user data in one place, and we use it as our source of truth. It's time saving and makes our processes more efficient.

Sales hub is easy to use and very user friendly. I use hubspot all day with ease.

I have not found anything I dislike as of yet.

Email tracking and the integration with Gmail has been great.
