Excellent CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Really good, comprehensive CRM platform.

I've not found anything that I don't like about them so far

What do you like best about the product?
We were one of the first HubSpot CRM customers and used the platform since the start. It has helped us to grow into +50 countries, supporting more than 50 reps but also to grow efficiently.

What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot is developing at such a rapid pace so most of our needs have been solved. But I would like a better overview of company group structures such as parent and child companies since we support large customers with subsidiaries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One unified place for all customer data with smooth reporting and configuration. Also loved by our users which improves adoption.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease and use of integrating a sales hub with our sales users with the sales seat is been amazing and super simple to use. It connects everything making our sales team able to send sequences to follow up calls and personalized emails in order to convert and engage with our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much.it's pretty easy to use and implement with your sales team

It's making the reporting for sales managers easier.

Everything!! I love it. It Made our lead tracking so easy. Also the follow up proceso is way more efficient.

We hace some issues with the Leads object

It's so easy to use to train sales teams on. Our ramp time for our sales team is so much faster

Really works best when use with other tools in the Hubspot product suite involving a larger investment occasionally

Playbooks really helped to solve the problem of sales rep enablement, having an enablement tool directly in the product is a great benefit
Hubspot Sales is MEGA Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
The biggest grab is the usability. You can tell how much effort went into the buildout of the Sales Hub & it makes our lives so much easier with leads & data collection.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing. It's a phenomenal service, the help center is great!

We are a small but mighty firm. We work lean & Hubspot helps us fight time wasting lead generation.
The best starter for startups
What do you like best about the product?
hubSpot has allowed us to get things going in our start up when we weren't ready to invest in a huge platform. They're willing to grow with us and allow to just choose the most basic features at first so that we can scale as we grow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish workflows were a part of the base plan. But I understand why that's behind a larger pay wall. We essentially use the starter package to track deal stages and still have a CRM source of truth. But we need a few other points solutions for sequencing and things that are more expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it's keeping track of all of our deal stages, which lets us forecast and know where each deal is.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use an intuitive and much faster than typical competitors. Highly recommend for any growing company and its skills with your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the terminology can be different different than what people are used to with the serum so there is a learning curve.
