What do you like best about the product?
It's been a fantastic experience with HibSpot sales hub! I'd highly recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now, the quoting and invoice tools aren't very in sync.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing our sales team to see all deals with a heavy focus on efficiency.
Hubspot making sales easier
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot enables me MMI team to easily track pipeline and increase our sales efficiency we literally couldn't do sales without it. It's really simple and intuitive layout.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is so much you can do with it. It does take quite awhile to get to grips..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to keep track of deals that you might usually forget about automatic reminders for task is also really helpful
Hubspot is great for Mid market sales

Easy to use and update deals. Great for Mid market

Nothing to dislike, it's affordable and no friction

It's really helping organize deals and making sure nothing falls through the cracks

It gives me the facility to understand in one click where my team is, what opportunities come from closing and most importantly have an accurate forecast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Is missing the currency exchange daily for a more accurate report

Today I can better understand my sales cycles, who on my team is more effective, have a healthy sales pipeline

Sales velocity and acceleration is so difficult to achieve without a technology or platform to assist a sales organization to deliver on it. HubSpot Sales Hub is the solution to achieve sales velocity, efficiency, effectiveness, and success.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I would say that I dislike about the platform and tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the major challenges with any CRM or sales velocity solution is ease of use and acceptance by users. That is not the case with HubSpot Sales Hub.
Easy to use as is, easy to customize for wider application

Sales Hub helps our team close deals, and I really enjoy HubSpot's integrated in-app support - it's soooo easy to troubleshoot!

You may need more support to more widely customize the platform.

HubSpot Sales Hub allows our team to see the history of interactions, pull in usage data from our product, and work more efficiently.
HS took many disconnected systems and connected all the data

Centralized process enablement, better UI than competitors, scalable workflows, contextual workspaces. It's a one stop shop for leveling up your sales team.

Need additional iterations on line items and continuing to enhance the prospecting and sales workspaces.
