Easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and my reps love it especially the app so they log from the field.
What do you dislike about the product?
No native integration with Badger Maps. Wish it had a built in mapping feature for reps on the road

Manage sales teams all from one place and captures all customer info in one place instead of using disparate systems.
Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
I can sum this it up in two words: Game Changer. When you compare HubSpot's offering to Salesforce's product, it's like night and day and HubSpot will be clearly more appropriate for 90% of customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Costs seem to have been rising. While it's still more affordable than Salesforce, it's definitely gone up in price (which may be justified).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us better integrate our sales and service data for a more holistic picture of what's going on and what needs to be happening next for us to be successful.

Sales seats are a hit commodity and expensive

We have a problem logging and keeping track of our calls and meetings. Sales hub solves that.

What do you like best about the product?
I like editing pipelines and building workflows to automate our sales process and CX.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It does everything we need and if there's a feature I want it is typically in a future release.

It allows us to automate our entire Sales process.

Sale hub allow for our track deals from the beginning to end. Tracking emails and meetings

Easy to use and fit to my business
What do you like best about the product?
I find the customization and integration with email to be very helpful. Our sales process is non traditional and Sale Hub really helps fit that need.

We need to make big changes to our pipeline and process and that seems daunting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have issues with managing contacts and tracking prospects and Sales Hub has made that much easier.
The best sales prospecting platform on market
What do you like best about the product?
The sales hub platform is incredibly easy to use. It's intuitive and my sales team was able to onboard and use it immediately. There wasn't a difficult onboarding process. Can't eecimmend enough.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Leads object needs to be fleshed out a bit more but it's already great.

We use it as a sales prospecting and enablement platform.
