What do you like best about the product?
It's a great way to automate processes in our lead-to-customer journey, Hubspot can make your life easier with the task assignment and the automated process you can program so many people in your organization to be informed and do their part to help our new customers and old ones.
It has a simple and friendly way to teach you when you open a new feature for the first time so my new coworkers can learn easily how to navigate the CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the forms, you can't put a form with multiple choice and a field for others that can be opened to add some text to let the lead client inform us more.
The invoice is not useful if you work in México, you can't use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can see the journey your leads and customers have with you, it's great to see they open and how much time they see your documents that were sent to them, the mail feature its powerful and helps you connect professionally and easily.
HubSpot is a great tool that makes everyday work easier.

I find the platform incredibly intuitive and even without hands-on training, it was easy to find and create dashboards and reports that were abundantly useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to choose anything, it does sometimes feel that components are added without a full review of the impact it'll have on other, pre-released components. This often moves things around, and while still easy to find, is often a bit frustrating at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analytics, sales dashboards, deal scoring. These datasets are critical when running a high-performance sales team and I find it incredibly easy to create custom dashboards that give me exactly what I need.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very intuitive and easy to use. It really helps for contact base management, organisation of follow ups and events, and I like the big range of other softwares integrated as well as the mobile app.
What do you dislike about the product?
The latest update is a bit less intuitive than usual and it's a bit tricky to find my marks again. I would also like to be able to put an "OR" function I the filters when creating reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task management is much easier, and it gives great visibility on the contact base and the current pipeline. I also like the reporting function that really helps tracking the teams and finding areas for improvement.

What is most valuable?
The tool facilitates adding the relevant information to the records automatically, so you don't have to look things up, as there is an automated search engine and a complete field for you. Since HubSpot Sales Hub is a SaaS solution, there's one point of truth.
What needs improvement?
It would be good to be able to add AI and make it easier to integrate the tool with our day-to-day processes. This would reduce the level of knowledge needed to integrate HubSpot into our daily workflow.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
I previously used Microsoft Excel. I switched to HubSpot Sales Hub because I wanted a solution that had more functionalities. I wanted to have a dedicated CRM system, and I didn't want to run the risk associated with Microsoft Excel. I wanted to make it a little bit more robust so that non-IT users could also adopt it.
How was the initial setup?
The solution’s initial setup is easy.
On a scale from one to ten, where one is difficult and ten is easy, I rate the solution's initial setup a nine out of ten.

The solution can be deployed within a couple of hours.

What I enjoy best about HubSpot Sales Hub is its simple and user-friendly interface, all of the features are simple to explore and useful. Integrating HubSpot with other platforms, such as Hubspot Marketing Hub, produces a cohesive ecosystem that boosts our overall efficiency. I also like real-time tracking and reporting tools, which give significant insights into our sales success and consumer behaviour, allowing us to make data-driven choices. I use it on a weekly basis.

The pricing structure can also be rather costly for like startups and small organisations, particularly if you want advanced features and more users.

HubSpot Sales Hub has simplified our sales operations by concentrating our sales efforts on a single platform. Before utilising HubSpot, we struggled with disconnected systems and manual data input, often resulting in errors and inefficiencies. Automated workflows handle routine duties like sending follow-up emails and updating data, allowing our team to focus on more strategic operations. The centralised database keeps all customer information up to date and conveniently accessible, which improves our communication and client interactions.
SalesHub has been great for rapidly adding new contacts and companies while I prospect.

How easy it is to integrate with Seamless.AI to import companies and contacts for prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love it the platform could use AI to automatically create the company profile just once when I import a contact. I hate having to spend time creating the company first to add a contact to prevent duplicates.

HubSpot makes tracking prospecting activity much easier so I don't lose track of potential clients or leads.
