Useful for managing workflows and for the modules offered to users

What is our primary use case?

HubSpot Sales Hub is useful for managing workflows.

What needs improvement?

HubSpot Sales Hub is a product that is on par with HubSpot CRM other than the factor it can be described as a product that offers everything in a single package along with marketing automation features.

It would be good if there were sort of more templated processes offered by the tool since this is an area where the product has shortcomings.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using HubSpot Sales Hub for three years.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

I rate the product price as seven on a scale of one to ten, where ten is the most expensive, and one is the least expensive.

What other advice do I have?

If the product is used in a complex product or service organization with a lot of different pricing rules, I feel HubSpot, as a quoting tool, is just not built for it.

I think the product is pretty vanilla and just enough to meet the needs. The product doesn't do anything different from any of the other solutions available in the market.

When it comes to HubSpot, it's the connection with marketing automation on the Marketing Hub and not Sales Hub that is helpful. Sales Hub does not offer any automation.

I recommend the product to others only if they need some of the modules it offers. On its own the tool does not have any differentiators from the other tools in the market. There are lighter platforms out there compared to Sales Hub.

There has been no cost reductions in our company from using the tool, especially since it was a green deployment.

I rate the tool an eight out of ten.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature is the part where you can tasks things such call back, and emails
What do you dislike about the product?
Do not call or no longer works in the company should be taken out automatic once tag as donot call and rip or no longer works in the company

Reminders of task and taking notes pf what you have discussed with customer

One of the best CRM Tools

What do you like best about the product?
It's got a refreshing UI, the filter options are really good, the contacts that can be stored are unlimited, the customizations are virtually unlimited, for someone who has never used a CRM, the setup and usage is a breeze and it makes the entire process easy and seamless!
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is that there are a lot of paid upgrades, so one really needs to pay to make full use of the offerings, there are otehr cheaper tools available so it's difficult to pick between them and hubspot, but oevrall if they add a few more features for the free user it will make a lot fo difference. Also if they introduce a lower pricing plan it will help increase user adoption.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best part is the Integrated CRM and sales approach, it helps centralize all the contacts from website, sales outreach, inbound marketing and offline marketing into one place and helps track the progress in terms of sales cycle at each contact and company level

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot calendar is the most helpful for our organization
It helps book meetings and when integrated with Teams automatically sends the meeting link
I loved its email sequence feature, which helps automate follow-ups
The task creation feature is really helpful, also it helps assign to someone in our organization.
The features of automating uploading the contacts using CSV file is outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
The workflow built for the automation of changing the property automatically does not work properly many times
The list of verticals lacks sometimes some of the industries in Contact properties like Entertainment, etc
There should be integration with linkedin, automate follow-ups by LinkedIn messages
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in sales tracking like Funnel management for MQL, SQL, and Opportunity
It helps automate follow-ups by building different sequences for SQL, MQl, Opportunity
It helps create a list of Target accounts helping in giving more attention to them.
It helps in creating various reports and dashboards hence simplifying the tracking with visual representation.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, intuitive and well laid out. All the information I need is available and easy to access. I use it every day. We transferred our old system over to it easily and were happy with the support we got along the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I had was with integrating it to my email and I think that was more my problem than an issue with the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run many campaigns over many verticals and it allows us to keep all of our data well sorted and accessable.

What do you like best about the product?
the ability to creat a new task at the same time as completing the old one. this saves time during call blocks and also aid with pipeline management.
What do you dislike about the product?
the fact you cant call to certian countries like dubai means any prospects in that part of the world or others that are blocked are not able to be contacted by phone which is my main way of contacting prospects
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- tracking emails and being able to work out the open rate for emails I am sending
- enables me to manage my pipeline better than any other CRM I have used
- indepth call analytics allow me to reverse engineer my targets so I know exactly how many calls of a certian length I need to have to hit my number

What do you like best about the product?
Deal management and Quote creation with some tools to track different stages of the sales cycle. It is easy to implement and use. Customer support is great whenever I needed it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot edit the quote templates. Payment fees are excessively high and so cannot be used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can have a relatively easy and straightforward look at my open cases and be able to track them.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Sales Hub is a great CRM + Sales tool for early-stage startups. It has everything you need with an affordable pricing. You can do outreach, manage your outbound and your deals all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting can be a little bit weak, but it's ok for the first few years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is solving me the problem of having a single source of truth as a CRM while being able to provide the necessary sales features to perform my outbound activities.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to filter my tasks to certain sequences and the prospects who have engaged. This creates the ability for me to target prospects that are more likely to talk to me.

the call feature will sometimes not call out correct. But I believe that is an integration issue on my end

What do you like best about the product?
I love that HubSpot can integrated with so many different tools and just how easy it is to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using HubSpot for almost 4 years and I haven't had a lot that I dislike about HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because I'm able to integrate with the dialer that I use I'm able to save my conversations without leaving the dialer.
