Great sales crm
What do you like best about the product?
We use HubSpot sales CRM and the best part is seeing all the contacts that engage with all of our content/emails in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is high and the creative part of the platform needs improvement.

Easy to use crm

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of the HubSpot CRM is that it is easy to understand and intuitive for all users. It requires a knowledgeable team to help in the setup, but even then you don't need to have expert implementation to put it to work for you. I have tried a number of free CRM's in the past and there was nothing like HubSpot"s product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Truly to make it work well in a sales organization it is helpful to have an implementation specialist. Not everyone can afford that.

Has scaled with us, customer resources readily available, feels like theyre always releasing the features we were hoping for

Perhaps too many workflows are sometimes necessary to accomplish automations, these could be native feautures, but often HS is solving for this

Native quote/signing platform but the CPQ features need more flexibility

Sales Hub provides a full stack of tools to help sales teams to engage and close deals faster.
