It can be difficult to set up/understand at first. There are certain features/functions that are challenging to navigate and setup, but once you have it setup it works well.

It is helping our team create a process of tracking and logging touch points, sales, upsells, and our onboardings.

I like how it's a centralized platform that integrates various marketing, sales, and customer service tools. This consolidation streamlines workflows and enables better collaboration across teams, as well as the ability to look back on previous prospecting history and notes.

It has been rare, but occasionally the platform has been down and I was unable to make calls at critical times of the day.

It allows me to track my outreach data, and analyze the best times of the day have the most connections and prospecting engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
A very user friendly tool that can be synced with the CRM, we can designn workflows for sales automations which makes process easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The meeting tool isn't very robust, the round-robin lead mapping can definitly be improved.

HubSpot Sales Hub let's our Account Executives smoothly track all the sales activities & workflows make it very easy for maintaining the cycle. The analytics & reportings are great as well!
Fantastic tool with tons of potential, but requires a lot of education to properly navigate
What do you like best about the product?
The reports & various dashboards you can create. Having total visibility of KPI's, deal cycles, and target attainment is key. I also get a lot of use from automated sequences and workflows. Implementing and integrating Hubspot with other sales tools is easy, and if you ever have any trouble, their customer support team are on hand to help. I use Hubspot all day every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be tricky to navigate without proper education, but that's just down to how comprehensive and limitless Hubspot actually is. Once you're used to the various tools, it does get much easier to use.

What do you like best about the product?
I dont need to put all the company details repeatedly, it automatically fetch the information after putting their website. Also after creating sequence for email reachout it manages everything from its end just we need to finish the task. It helps us track every prospects also makes us tension free for everyday reach out.

Sometimes even when the email address is correct, hubspot shows the email are bad and it gets bounced.

Its ease the entire lifecycle of a prospect till it becomes client. Also it helps track the emails. No need to check one by one, it gives a full report analysing all the fectors. Can customise email campaigns, create deals, can directly call from Hubspot and many more which actually helping us a lot.

What is our primary use case?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub for lead management and tracking. All customer interactions, such as phone calls or emails, are registered as evidence. I also import databases from other systems and integrate them with the solution, either manually, through APIs, or using other tools. I manage the entire sales lifecycle from the initial contact stage to lead conversion, opportunity management, and closing deals within HubSpot Sales Hub.
What is most valuable?
The tool has improved my sales pipeline management. It allows me to track the progress of each sales cycle and receive alerts when a sales stage is ending, prompting me to take necessary actions. I can easily manage customer interactions, primarily through email, which are automatically associated with the corresponding lead or opportunity. This helps me forecast sales. Additionally, the tool offers other useful tools for marketing and email marketing activities.
The most effective feature for email tracking is the integration that immediately captures customer replies and associates them with the customer's history. This allows easy access to all interactions via email without needing to search through emails. Additionally, integrating email signatures and managing multiple email accounts makes tracking and managing emails very convenient. The tool offers an easy overview of opportunities.
The solution's reporting feature is easy to configure and manage. The value includes better lead and opportunity management, improved forecasting, increased visibility, and time-saving benefits.
What needs improvement?
There is always room for improvement; I expect more integrations with different tools. I also appreciate the mobile app's user-friendliness. However, I think there could be improvements in database cleaning and customization options for information presentation on the screen. Overall, as a final user, I am very happy with HubSpot Sales Hub.

The solution is scalable, but additional modules and features may require payment. Additionally, with the right technicians, custom developments can be made. One important aspect is that HubSpot Sales Hub is more than just a CRM. It offers a knowledge base with articles, case studies and email templates provided by the HubSpot team, which are very helpful in daily activities and customer interactions.
In my company, I'm the only one who's really into HubSpot Sales Hub. I'm an evangelist for CRM usage, but unfortunately, the rest of the team doesn't seem to care much about it. My company has three users.
How are customer service and support?
The online technical support area, where you have FAQs, a knowledge base, and even the community, provides all the support I need. Plus, the solution is so easy to use that I haven't encountered any major issues.
How was the initial setup?
The tool's setup process is straightforward. It's also quite simple and easy to remember when importing data or making adjustments to fields and records. It has a wizard. You need to define what you want and push a button, so there aren't too many steps involved.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
The tool's licensing depends on factors like the number of contacts, users, and additional modules. But generally, it's feasible and accessible. A free license is also available, although it comes with limited features. Even the free license is cool to use.
The cost varies depending on your needs and goals, with options for yearly or monthly licenses. While paying yearly may offer discounts, overall, the solution is accessible in terms of cost.
What other advice do I have?
I rate the overall solution a nine out of ten. I have integrated it with a few email tools, but I think it could connect with even more tools. For example, it works with Gmail and Zapier. There are HubSpot forms that can be put up on websites. It is more than a CRM tool; it can also be used for email marketing.
I recommend giving it a try, especially the basic features. It's really user-friendly and covers all the essentials that any company needs.

A lot of contact/company properties to play around with, automation, sequences, and knowledge portal. user friendly. can be easily integrated with 3rd party tools. great customer support.

Inability to send on behalf of someone. (e.g. a sales admin trying to respond as the founder for a founder-named outreach)

It helps in managing/dispositioning leads perfectly with various property fields to add. sales pipeline/analytics/reporting is another great feature to track your path forward. workflows are very handy to automate various data points and implement logics around.
