Intuitive Interface and Excellent Support Make a Winning Combo
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive interfaces that make it easy to use for across segmentation, creative, cross-channel activation and channel-level reporting. Strong Customer Support and Training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Building out code for dynamic personalization can be overly complicated at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform has brought our business to a new level of segmentation and 1:1 communication across multiple channels where it did not previously exist.
Exceptional Support and Seamless Integrations Enhance Daily Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Our account reps are very informative & know the best process to help answer any questions or provide resolutions to existing problems. The UI is very user-friendly which makes m day-to-day so much easier. Integration between third-party vendors is very seamless & if they do not support they look into future options internally to update on their end.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platform tweaks out on me and I have to refresh my browser, this may also be a network error on my end though. One other area to improve would be the query segment logic. We have had multiple times where an intended audience/segment 'zero's out' which prevents or delays an email from being sent out of caution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we are an retail company, we highly rely on making sure our demand YoY is increasing. If there is a decreasing trend we can rely on Zeta's strategic team to help provide industry standards & problem solving ideas to help implement before our end-of-quarter. Very helpful account reps were provided for us.
Unified Customer View Makes Omnichannel Campaigns Effortless

Unified customer view that easily handles large data sets for omnichannel campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Finding materials to learn how to become a Zeta master has been challenging. I find the Zeta Learning Studio and Knowledge Base to be limited. I would recommend putting more tutorials on YouTube.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very intuitive and user friendly to use. When we want to implement somehting it's fast and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I don't have anything I dislike, I like using it and never thought about something I would change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Zeta Marketing Platform also to implement pop ups on the website, so it helps us show these pop ups with campaigns to customers that come to our website and that maybe wouldn't fill the form and be added to our database otherwise.
Customer-Friendly and Easy to Adapt, Superb Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Customer friendly and easy to adapt - figures seem to work extremely well on the frontend side. Workability with teams, systems, etc. are superb.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is a lack of data understanding: What really is the outcome of the project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If there is a message/messages that needs to be spread across all website-users, Zeta is our tool to use. If we're looking to do something budget-friendly, that performs super well aswell - we tend to think of Zeta aswell.
All-in-One CDP & ESP Solution That Streamlines Data and Empowers Marketing Teams
What do you like best about the product?
I've used most ESP's available in the market, and generally it's with an independent CDP which has often led to issues with data discrepancies and having extra moving parts that tends to lead to issues. We use Zeta's CDP and ESP functionality and having it all within one instance has been extremely helpful. Implementing it was very smooth and it's opened a door to enable easier use of customer data for our performance marketing teams. It's helped democratise data in an organisation that was historically siloed. The platform feels intuitive, and from an email marketing perspective the WYSIWYG campaign builder is without doubt the best available in the market. Above all else the team that we work with on a day to day adopting the platform and driving CRM growth for my organisation is Zeta's biggest selling point. Compared to other marketing cloud providers I've worked with, the Zeta team are driven by joint KPI's and feel like an extension of my own team in the business. They truly understand that relationship building is the key to long term partnerships that lead to success.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of folder structure for campaigns and audiences can be a challenge if you're not au fait with the tagging. The coupon code functionality is quite black box compared to other marketing cloud tools which has created challenges with visibility on code usages. It's also lacking the option to create an host web pages within the tool, which would be very helpful for data capture.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowed us to democratise 1st party data, whilst enriching it using the CDP functionality. This has ultimately made my team more agile and able to deliver more, and quicker than we could before which is driving strong commercial growth. It's also allowing us to move into the world of connected customer experiences as my organisation goes on a journey from being trade centric to customer centric.
Powerful, user-friendly solution
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the way creative assets are displayed, the ability to run A/B tests, and the fact that the support team is very helpful and friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn’t like that there were issues with integrating an external tool for email delivery—the process was delayed and required additional technical work. Fortunately, the problem was resolved, and everything is now working properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improved targeting and greater campaign effectiveness are achieved through personalization and intent analysis. Additionally, process automation and centralized management within a single platform lead to significant time savings.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Zeta Marketing Platform is the combination of quality, speed, and performance. Your onsite banners integrate perfectly with our LVBET website, follow our brand guidelines, and look genuinely premium. The creatives load fast, feel seamless for new visitors, and have already helped us noticeably improve both our FTD and registration rates. I also really appreciate the smooth communication and quick turnaround — it makes the whole collaboration extremely easy and effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is that the banner currently also pops up for already registered users. It’s not ideal for the user experience. Zeta has provided a solution, and we are now working on implementing it on our side, but this has been the only real issue so far. Other than that, everything else has worked very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zeta Marketing Platform helps us consistently acquire new customers by delivering high-impact onsite banners that are shown to the right audience at the right moment. The creatives help convert first-time visitors into registered users and ultimately into FTDs. This gives us a reliable, continuous boost in new customer acquisition without adding extra workload to our internal team.
