Quick and easy accounting software to use
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and reporting out of the platform

Some of the additional modules are more tedious than expected

What do you like best about the product?
It's a large software that offers a ton of features. They regularly update Intacct and try to communicate as much as possible of the changes. I also appreciate the customer service for when things need repair.
What do you dislike about the product?
Error messages tend to be confusing at times, but this has been improved over the years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mainly work from the tech side, assisting users with their report creations and edits. It has been very intuitive and the training courses provided help greatly.

What do you like best about the product?
What is most helpful about Sage Intacct is that it has multiple integrations to different software used for accounting purposes and makes us efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one downside to Sage Intacct is its lack of user-friendly UI in some modules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us with basic accounting as well as project accounting. It houses all of the accounting for our many legal entities.

The color of charts cannot be changed and one have to rely on existing colors

Highly Recommend Sage Intacct
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct is easy and intuitive to use. The software is robust, and the reporting options are seemingly endless. The online help files are amazing. We are relatively new to Sage, but we are 100% sold so far!
What do you dislike about the product?
The permissions I am able to assign to an "Employee" user are not quite as broad as I would like. Other than that, being a new customer, I have not yet encountered any other downsides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We like being able to have employees create their own purchase orders that get converted to vendor invoices, it saves time on A/P. Automation of transactions and the "duplicate" feature on many transactions is wonderful. We are thrilled with the myriad reporting options.
Learning curve, but great to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to understand the program's use. The help center is also friendly and easy. Each "module" is a great guide to how to record items properly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how technical it is, and it is not for the average user with no accounting background. I wish there were "basic" reports, such as profit and loss and balance sheet, so that we do not have to build those reports from the bottom up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us account for, record and report on each of our company's programs. We transitioned over from quickbooks which it did not have the capacity for the companies reporting.
My remarkable experience with Sage Intacct.
What do you like best about the product?
We use Sage Intacct across the whole company and it is used for accounting and financial management. The cash management module is very easy to use and works pretty well and makes bank reconciliation easy. AP and AR modules are also very simple and easy to use and the manage view feature is very handy to help sort by specific things to make finding entries very easy. Sage intacct is a great platform for day to day accounting and it is the most secure and effective solution i have ever encountered.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not yet identified any area that requires improvement. Sage intacct is a complete and amazing platform for financial management and accounting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very effective, efficient, robust and user-friendly application for accounting and financial management. We use it for grant management, financial management, accounting and overall business accounting management. It has a very intuitive and user-friendly dashboard which makes it super easy to learn and understand.

What do you like best about the product?
With the help of Sage Intacct, we are able to upload and analyze the statement and we are able to track the previous payments and alter the future payments. In fact, we use Sage Intacct for all our accounting needs i.e,purchasing, general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable. It's one of the best and leading financial management application that makes accounting processes easier and faster. Sage intacct is highly customizable to suit our needs. It has so many options to complete tasks to make things controlled and more streams.

Sage Intacct requires a more detailed checklist for set up and examples to follow when setting up company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct does exactly what it was designed to do perfectly. It has allowed us to extend our reporting and increase our efficiency as we record transactions that deal with complexities of working with different departments or funds. We use Sage Intacct to manage the accounting of our organization and it helps us through the complexities related to our operations.
Sage Intacct is Second To None. Incredible And Robust Financial Management Tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct is Second To none. It's the best and most secure accounting and financial management software i have ever used. Sage intacct does pretty well with inventory control and reporting on inventory has really been very helpful for me to give to other managers in the organization to aid their decision making. It is suited for all sizes of companies and it makes accounting processes easier. I like the fact that it provides very strong security for all our sensitive data. It has helped us to go paperless, so now i save all invoice copies as attachments in each bill entered.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see the ability for attachments to save with their names instead of Sage Intacct generated numbers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the fact that Sage Intacct is a cloud-based application offering unlimited storage capabilities which i find very helpful in being in a paperless company. It is user-friendly, intuitive and easy to navigate through. Also, i like the layouts of the financial statements and the ease of getting the data from these reports.

Overall, my experience with Sage Intacct has been amazing and it's a great and solid application that is capable of managing nearly every aspect of our business. I find it very helpful since it enables us to manage our expenses with ease. Intacct is so user-friendly and relatively quick with load time and report results. Also, i love the fact that i can easily enter bills and have checks ready to print in minutes. In our business, we use Sage Intacct to perform all our reporting, accounting, budgeting and retention functions for all of our funds. Sage intacct is the best accounting system i have worked with so far.

Nothing at the moment. My experience with Sage Intacct has been great and it works pretty well as expected.

Sage Intacct has helped us tremendously since it allows us to safely and securely manage our expenses with ease. It allows us to automate our processes and makes auditing very easy.
