Sage is user friendly, reporting options are great!

I like that we can account for our locations individually and see everything as a big picture.

The simplicity of using it, breadth of capability in many sectors, quickness of deployment and integration, and the opportunity to purchase already-integrated add-on items from the marketplace. Excellent for contexts with many organizations, including healthcare, technical services, and software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sage Intacct is an excellent accounting enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution that you should investigate. Since I began using it, I have not had any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct has assisted our business in accounting and reporting. It has saved us a great deal of time because billing is completed automatically without user mediation. Sage Intacct also facilitates budget planning and tracking for corporate operations.

Sage Intacct has helped us to improve our accounting and financial management since now we can do everything digitally. It is very intuitive, user-friendly and highly customizable. The cloud based platform is amazing and fantastic.

We have not yet experienced any challenges with the performance of the application.

Sage Intacct has a very responsive, supportive and professional customer support. It is an incredible and user-friendly accounting system i have ever encountered.

Sage Intacct is intuitive, user-friendly and highly customizable.

Excellent, Ever-evolving System
What do you like best about the product?
Extremely intuitive system with new features added and old ones refined frequently. Makes for great use and
integrates seamlessly with other web software for seamless usage between multiple applications.

What do you dislike about the product?
Inbetween versions of new or upgraded features can be a bit glitchy (typically minour issues, but can throw the user off). Import error messaging system could be self-contained rather than an email with somewhat obtuse phraseology, making it easier to address import errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intacct currently is working on advance find and view options through the "manage view" and other avenues that will make it easier to track down, enter and update information.

I'm just learning the software, but the training was helpful in showing me options.

The system does not provide enough preformatted reports.

Switch to Sage Intacct was a great decision
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the software is easy to learn and use. It is very intuitive, and the updates are timely and relevant.

The must challenging part of the software is having only 2 out of the box reports in the Fixed Assets module.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage is currently working on automating accounts payable. This automation is beneficial because we won't have to pay a third party provider.
Sage Intacct user friendly system
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct is a very user friendly system. I am not sure I have ever experienced any downtime with the system. The cloud based platform is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful for banking integrations to be a little easier. We are going to have to call to get some help.

Sage Intacct allows us to be nimble and scale our business as needed.
