What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct helps to operate the account section smoothly and I found the following features more interesting and useful for my company.

What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any dislike about Sage Intacct till the date. Everything works fine for my company and helps our company to grow revenue through the excellent workflow in the finance sector.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct helps to maintain the quality workflow and performance of our in-house finance department. Help to manage client's information and billing information along with fund and vendor management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need to achieve the best fiance workflow in your company then definitely take a look.
Real-time financial dashboard for any warehouse
What do you like best about the product?
It work's in real-time. That is important for our agro warehouse, where we move tonnes of products every day. Tracking all the product inventory, its life, and demand from customers are reported live in Sage Intacct's customized dashboard. Analyzing the reports we are able to quickly update the supply chain network. Which in turn has reduced wastage of products by 60%. Its integrated invoicing system supports multiple currencies. We feel happy for using Sage Intacct for the last 4 years for all our financial aspects.
What do you dislike about the product?
It should add features for CRM. A mobile application would be a plus. For privacy concerns, we sometimes do not recommend SAAS platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct can deliver real-time financial reports in detail about each and every aspect of our warehouse. It has brought all our accounting to one place giving us more time to be productive. Financial auditing has been automated and it has become a vital infrastructure of our business.
Smooth experience, intuitive interface
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is simplistic and intuitive. The interface isn't busy or using unclear lingo. The design is clean and simple. I like that they show updates on the home page.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything. I think they could change the word 'applications' on the menu bar because that is a bit confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct helps our company with efficient and accurate timekeeping and expense reporting.
Accounting Made Simple
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is user-friendly. Individuals with little accounting experience can easily navigate through the system. I enjoy the capability to edit or even delete duplicate journal entries.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one drawback of the system is the fact that you only can import files in CSV format. This wouldn't be as much an issue if our company didn't use leading zeros in our entity numbers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have issues finding the exact answers to my questions using the help option. The answers that I am looking for are normally there however, it takes longer than I would like to find them.

factor its on the cloud, makes it easier to access and get work completed

sometimes it gets hung up, were a reboot, or logging off and back on is needed

ease of pulling needed reports or submitting Journal Entries for approval

What do you like best about the product?
For me, one of the best parts about Sage Intacct is the flexibility and the intuitiveness of the system. This system seems to have been built with the end user in mind and has a very logical layout.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel like there are a few too many clicks to get to where I want to go. I kind of wish there were quick links or shortcuts to utilize. Otherwise the system is very easy to use and I have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using Sage Intacct we've improved our reporting and our account structure to better meet our organizational needs and more accurately reflect our company's financial activity. I'm now spending less time doing data entry because of Intacct's simple yet effective import and duplication options. This has helped create efficiencies and consistencies among our entries and records.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
While I can only speak to my own experience, we researched many products before choosing Sage Intacct. I'm so glad we ended up with Sage Intacct because it has been everything we hoped it'd be and more. It is exceeding our expectations and has made our department more efficient than we could've hoped.
Sage Intacct - Best Accounting Software
What do you like best about the product?
The automatic intercompany entries are great. The Dimensions make reporting much easier. We look forward to using the AP Automation when it is ready.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fixed asset module does not always work well with the other parts of Sage Intacct. Applying credits over multiple entities also causes problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to break out performance by individual dimensions helps us track costs. More productivity and better reporting are the results.
Great and amazing platform for accounting and financial management.
What do you like best about the product?
In our organization, we use Sage Intacct to manage our expenditures. It is a great and recommendable solution since it allows us to track every single coin and it reduces human errors. It has a simple and user-friendly interface which makes it easy to use and learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sage Intacct is a bit expensive, i wish the cost could be lowered to make it affordable to individuals and small sized businesses.

Overall, Sage Intacct makes it easy to perform monthly accounting tasks effectively. It has a responsive, smooth and clean UI which makes it easy to use.
Powerful, user-friendly, and sometimes even fun
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Sage Intacct's intuitive layout, as well as its customization capabilities. Intacct rewards you for exploring through its different menus. Intacct combines the functionality of several different types of tools into an impressive all-in-one package.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I dislike about Intacct. As far as suggestions, here are mine: 1- It would be helpful to download spreadsheet reports in .xlsx format (rather than in the older .xls format). It would save me a click when Excel asks me if I'm sure I want to open a potentially incompatible file. 2- When running GL reports, it would also be helpful to have the capability to skip forward or backward in reporting period, as well as in GL account numbers. It would be slightly more convenient than having to re-run the report under the new conditions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an accountant, I can solve all kinds of problems with Intacct. Sage Intacct makes it easy to edit posted journal entries, as well as run detailed reports that I can later manipulate and analyze in Excel to determine expense trends, changes in costs, vendor payments, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very friendly tool. My experience was awesome of adding the timesheets using Sage Intacct. It accepts the brief notes or descriptions while adding timesheets which is the best thing of Sage I see. Thanks

So far I did not find such point which I do not like about it.

Notes with the timesheet seem to me benefit f using this.
