Ai integration has helped AP and purchasing times improve. The structure of journal entries and import feature through excel files improve workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the AI does not code invoices or POs correctly and the learner does not improve the accuracy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mass of data entry and invoicing coming in from emails, the AI integration for AP has helped us consolidate the data and improve coding speeds.

the ease of importing and entering bills and being able to pay them. it has saved alot of time from my previous accounting software.

Sage Intacct has features that are out of reach compared to other products

The reporting and dashboards are my favorite part of Intacct. I also recently started using the invoicing feature more frequently, and our clients have enjoyed this thoroughly compared to BILL invoicing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Clients still face difficulties with the interface and have difficulty understanding the modules. Sage continually works to overcome this and provide resources to help clients learn and trust the technology.

User friendly interface and intuitive design, makes navigating and utilizing its features very simple. Seamless access to modules to ensure efficiency, and convenience, and straightforward process of uploading transactions saves time.

The reliance of consistent internet access. Could be challenging in situations with unstable connectivity but not so occasional.

I've been using Intacct for 6 years now, at more than one job, and it’s been a useful and easy-to-use software for accounting. It handles complex financial tasks like multi-entity accounting and advanced reporting with ease. The system integrates well with many platforms making financial management more efficient. Overall 5 star - highly recommend!

There's a lot of manual work that goes into accounting, but they are regularly updating their product with more automation.

Everything financial in one software, with customizable reporting

everything is very easy to access, there is also so many features that can be used.

I don't love that you need to first view a report and only then export it.

it's very easy to find information pretty quickly. i never have to have a costumer wait on hold or to long while I try to pull the info.
