My experience on sage Intacct
What do you like best about the product?

Automates accounting tasks like journal entries,reconcilitions and financial reporting.

Intacct: An Amazing Accounting Application
What do you like best about the product?
It's ease of use and the responsiveness of the customer support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't been able to use Intacct for PO matching due.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a large volume of AP invoices that come in daily. Intacct has helped us become more efficient with posting those invoices.
Best in Class ERP
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct has lots of benefits, but I will call "ease of use" its strongest benefit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our renewal process goes through a 3rd party and I prefer to deal directly with my vendors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides reliable and straight-forward revenue recognition and contract management functionality.
Excellent search functionality
What do you like best about the product?
Whether it's a fiscal year or calendar year entity no longer matters when it comes time to provide the auditors their required reports! Now, I can customize those reports in advance and assign outside entities to their proper places. Coming from a legacy accounting software product, I've been very impressed with the search functionality of Sage Intaact's software! I'm used to being forced to know precisely where to look for the answers I'm seeking, but even the best accountants aren't software code mindreaders. Being able to enter brief search criteria and use the "%" function to get a slew of results has been a HUGE time saver for both myself and my team, who no longer need to explain to the accountant who is new to non-profit accounting where to look for the appropriate backup.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've loved everything about it so far, especially the intuitive web-based interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer need a master class in a specific piece of accouting software. I simply apply prior knowledge of the concept, and the intuitive software does the rest for me.
My point of view on Sage Intacct
What do you like best about the product?
Helps in daily Cash Application, helps in invoice processing, helps to sync with other accounting softwares, helps to extract reports as per our requirement, easy in passing journal entries, customer service is good, ease implimentation of ideas, easy templates for sending collection emails, regular usage of aging report made it easy to find paid and posted invoices.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing as such i desliked in Sage Intacct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps to sync with other accounting softwares, sending multiple invoices in single shot, book closure made easy, ease of multi currency transactions, sending multiple collection emails in single shot, easy calculation of taxes.

I don't dislike anything about sage intact.

It'e easier for book keeping

The many features and details you are able to store, import, and export with ease
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many features that sometimes it can be time consuming figuring out which object ID or data source to use. We've had to create several custom reports for our needs as some of the out of the box reports were not as helpful or immediatley customizable to our needs. Some of the gl structuring isn't as easily manipulatable as our prior ERP system, so we're still working through that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a one stop shop for all of our accounting needs (month end, reporting, AP, AR, bank reconciliations) and easily integrates with our third party AP processor as well

What do you like best about the product?
Sage intacct provides you clarified and conventional menu which helps us pull out our desired report. AP and AR activities are classified professionally which quite helps us to avoid manual searching.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about sage intacct is the sync time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage intacct helps us in providing various data for our desired client. It gives us exposure for vast reports like the main financials and custom reports. The option given to alter the report before pulling it out is the best part about intacct as it gives an oppurtunity to pull report based on our requirement.

What do you like best about the product?
Sage intacct helps you navigate your desired report, it's clarified menu helps in navigating the type of standard required for your report. It's easy to navigate and pull your desired report.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Sage is the sync time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage intacct helps you pull your Aging reports with clarified balances. AP and AR balances are classified by vendor wise with all the GL records involvled, this set of data helps us work on our desired report. Reports can be altered based on our requirements as intacct provides a vast option for altering data.

When we create vendor or crit memos we have limitations and this is worst.
