SAGE INTACCT
What do you like best about the product?
Sage is very user friendly. It is easy to get help directly from the software. It integrates well with my company software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike at this time. I have found no issues.

Intacct is quickly becoming my favorite accounting system
What do you like best about the product?
Sage is easy to use, easy to learn. Working with multiple entities is seamless, you have full visibility and can customize how you want to consolidate within those companies. JE's and attachments are simple you can drill into any detail you want. Very organized, concise, and there are a lot of dimensions you can use to organize per your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't a lot of downsides, I'm happy with it my accountants love it. The custom reports is great cause there are so many options but it can be challenging to get what you want. Its the one area that is less user friendly, requires a little extra skill and determination to figure out. The regular reports are user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Global consolidation helps a lot when trying to consolidate financials between entities in different currencies.
Sage Intacct has a lot of useful automation and integrations!
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Sage Intacct is that it does intergrate with a lot of other cloud based systems. Their customer service is exceptional and very helpful. Their team is very knwoledge and always find a way to make things work! It is very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our credit credit card module is set up in a way were it currently don't really work for us, it will soon be reimplented and fixed.

Sage Intacct Is My Go-To Software For Accounting Needs
What do you like best about the product?
We use Sage Intacct for all our accounting and finance needs. We love that it is in the cloud, and all of our division leaders have their own custom dashboards so they can monitor their revenue and expenses in real time. This allows them to make better and informed decisions about their budgets. They have access to their data 24 hours a day. We also use it for all invoice approvals and allows us to have a record of those approvals. All of our reports come directly out of the system, so there is no need to use Excel or other software to manipulate reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
My employee users need to be able to print dashboard reports on demand - that is missing

The availability of data in real-time has helped with better decision making

That was a huge consideration when choosing software. Sage was able to accommodate this requirement for us with the accounts payable module. The way we code expenses and track our restricted spend, the GL allowed us the ability to set things up that met all of our needs.

Sage Intacct - Great Accounting Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Our business has liked that we can write our own accounting reports in Sage Intacct and have great flexibility in how those reports function and look. We are a very unique company that cannot use "out of the box" reports because of how we have to report things. Sage Intacct has allowed us to write all of our necessary reports and keep them housed in Intacct. We no longer have to keep separate reports in Excel that we manually have to manipulate. It took us a minute to understand how to use and write reports but once we got the hang of it, nothing stopped us. We use our reporting every day and if there were things we did not know in the beginning we had a team of experts that helped us navigate the system. It is also nice how well Intacct can import a template or Excel file, that helps us integrate with other programs that we use to make sure our system has all the necessary information for reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, we do not have a lot of negatives to say about Sage Intacct. If we had to come up with one thing we do not like is maybe the functionality of the dashboards. It would be great if they were a little more flexible and customizable.

Currently, we are asking Sage Intacct to look into fixed assets and bar codes. They are working on a solution now for us.

What do you like best about the product?
it is user friendly, support team is good, easy to pass journal entries and reverse entrys as an when required, easy to sync information from other applications easily ,easy to create customer and items and helps in recording transaction everyday. easy Implementation of Additional features as per our request.

I dont think its the best erp ever but until know and i dont have any dislikes as such about Sage Intacct

Benefits us in multiple invoice proccessing at one click.Able to download the aging report,gl reports ,Revenue details etcc other reports easily in excel format helps us to work on that easily.
It is very user friendly, navigations are simple and time efficient application

It remembers the selected filters as the last time which helps in fast working, integration of reports and implementation every time I use

The feature it takes a little longer than expected for the synchronization of the data.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Sage Intacct for its extensive menu and customizable features, which make pulling reports and working on financials more flexible and aligned with client requirements. The export options and the build feature also give me a clearer perspective when handling financial tasks. The initial setup went very smoothly, and I appreciate how well it integrates and collaborates with other tools in our organization, like BILL.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only area that needs improvement is the loading time when pulling custom reports. It tends to be more time-consuming, although this isn’t the case for the regular AP and AR inputs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sage Intacct to customize report layouts so they align with client requirements. The wide range of menu options makes the reports more flexible and helps me work more effectively with financials.
