The best and easiest system I've used so far!
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent customer support and implementation process. Easy to manage when comes to invoices, imports, pay runs and various reports. Very clean and intuitive. Posibility of managing and building reports to your liking. Great option of linking the bank, so matching to what's on the system is nice and effortless especially managing multiple accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there's not a lot I don't like about Sage Intacct. It's simpler than Sage 50 and 200 I worked on and many other systems I came across last 7 years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's such a time saver in many AP related areas!
Perfect Accounting Product
What do you like best about the product?
The variety and customizablity of keeping track of bills and checks. I use it every day and have yet to find any deal breaker problems with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
When making vendors, the vendor ID can't be changed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me keep track of all the different bills I have from the beginning of business.
Easy to understand and navigate
What do you like best about the product?
I like the AP and AR parts the best. It is very easy to use and easy to understand. The implementation of Avid to Sage was very easy, had a lot of support and help from the implementation team. They made it very easy for the two to talk to each other, and it makes it easier for me to get approvals on invoices. I use both systems all day every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting is a little hard from time to time. Not as straight forward as the rest of the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not sure of any problems they are solving. So I cannot answer this fully.
Great App
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intaacct has a nice flow to its setup it allows me to do what i need to do without any issues. Any issues I may have the customer support team was right there to walk me through its use, seeing as how i will be using this pretty frequently I am glad its easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
None this webpage and app work like a charm.

Ease of use and the ability for my employer to see what i am doing
Intacct Works Great for Accounting`
What do you like best about the product?
Intacct offers a variety of features that help me do my job more efficiently. I use Intacct everyday, and I really enjoy using it. Additionally, I found it easy to learn to use Intacct! I felt like a pro in no time, and I love how new features are explained in pop-ups!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could edit contract lines at any time instead of having to create new contract lines anytime something changes.

Intacct is helping us streamline our accounting processes.

It was fast to get my account's login. The website is easy to navigate.

I wish it was more friendly for new users. There was no tutorial when I first logged in.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Sage Intacct to provide AP Automation and AR Automation for our clients. Sage Intacct helps us provide optimised solutions and predictions to our clients which solves cash flow issues and gives cash flow predictions and helps in maintaining working capital.
I have worked in Sage Intacct for 4 years now and have never had any problems.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is very user friendly and can do anything you need accounting wise.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of any downsides or anything I do not like about Sage Intacct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work with Accounts Receivable and Sage Intacct makes my job very easy. I can easily look at outstanding invoices and even email bills from the website.
Very needed change
What do you like best about the product?
We loving having a cloud based software which allows our accounting team to work remotely. After switching from Quickbooks, we now have to follow basic accounting principals and procedures which were to easy to work around in the last software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The asset management software could use a face lift as it is somewhat confusing. You are unable to update assets such as serial numbers once the assets are created. The inventory management system is somewhat combersom as well for a smaller inventory team, but has nice features once set up and used properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The entire AP process is now automated and is a huge time savings. It also has great import features for month end reporting.
