Biggest win we have in Sage ate the workflow and having all supporting documents online.

Workflow and ease of use. The help function is great as well.

When we come across issues, we have to wait for answers longer
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, we are implementing Lease Accounting as well as the Prepaid module. This will save time by eliminating spreadsheets that have to be filled out at the end of the month.
Sage Intacct is easy to use and a wonderful software!
What do you like best about the product?
How easy the software is to use and the fantastic reporting capabilities!
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is that there is so much to learn about the software that it never feels like we are using it to its fullest compacity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage is helping us solve our reporting issues to department managers, senior leaders, and the board. It provides quick and accurate reporting to all stakeholders!

It's incredibly powerful! It can handle all of needs!

It's almost too powerful that it is hard to understand everything it has to offer. Good thing they offer specialists and account managers that walk you through everything and have Sage Transform conferences!

Milti-entity reporting

What do you like best about the product?
We're only a few months into our go-live after a guided implementation through a VAR and we can already take advantage of its features. We converted from Quickbooks Enterprise for our multi-entity shared company and already cut chore work out of our days to be able to focus on leveraging the platform further to get to our ultimate desire - core analytical work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The possibilities are seemingly endless, which can make the design and configuration daunting! While we appreciate being able to do beta and early adoption programs, improvements can be on a long roadmap.

not yet Family-Office focused or tailored to Individuals. Can't change the name for quickstart categories!

I love the dimensionality of Sage Intacct. It has streamlined many processes for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any downsides because we are new to Sage.

Bank reconciliations are so quick in Sage. It is cutting down on our close times.
Extremely robust, intuitive product that perfectly fits our small business needs.

The Help menu and "More on This Page" features are so helpful. I can easily troubleshoot my issues.

The fixed asset module isn't as user-friendly as the other core modules.

Sage Intacct has been a game changer in our organization with pulling reliable information.

We struggle a bit with getting reports set up how we want them and get correct permissions set up.

I enjoy to ease with which you can streamline processes and eliminate outdated processes to enable employees to focus on more important pursuits in work and life.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve that happens when implementing any system. As a member of IT, I strive every day to prioritize learning and ensure that my employees are getting the training they need to be successful and feel supported in the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We enjoy the dimentionality of the system. We are able to track spending appropriately to ensure that we are meeting budget and following our mandated requirements. This gives us confidence when reporting to our stakeholders.
