Sage Intacct makes accounting easy
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility of reporting and sharing of information and drill down capabilities.

The bank reconiliations can be a little difficult.

I'm not sure what I dislike. It's a great product. Can't wait to learn more about new features from conference.

What do you like best about the product?
Sage has enabled us to increase our productivity and reduce our manual processes. It is easy to use and provides abundant flexibility so you can focus on the areas that are most important to your organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if the apply and unapply functions were more user friendly.

Increase efficiencies and reduce time

I don't think there is any downside of Sage Intacct

Sage Intacct has everything in one place so we don't need to go anywhere else. It has allocation and assets edge which allows to keep track of restricted and unrestricted assets. Also, doing allocation is so much easier in Sage Intacct.

Not much. Spme Invoice workflow limitations.

What do you like best about the product?
Sage is so customizable so we can make it do pretty much whatever we want it to do. There is so much information available to help with anything we don't understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some things that I feel should connect but they don't seem to (i.e. sales invoice leads to AR). I also don't think the inventory management module is as strong as it could or should be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On our old system we had so many band-aids to make it work for us. This one doesn't need band-aids, it just works.

What do you like best about the product?
The reporting capabilities are amazing! Setting up my standard reports has saved me so much time getting ready for our internal review meetings and have allowed me to present our information in new and different ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search function in the help and support pages oftern returns so many results and it can be hard to figure out which help page is the one that has the information I am looking for, especially when looking for specific niche answers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time to create reports and present financial information for our users. It has benfitted me as I can create reports that I can run each month with all the information already organized how I want to present it.
Game changer!
What do you like best about the product?
It has been so amazing with streamlining processes and allowing for more productive time to be better used by my staff! With a multiple entity company, having them all in one platform, avoiding the due to due from entries, the reporting aspect has all been great and I am excited to see what new programs will be added as we are continuting with implementations,
What do you dislike about the product?
There is currently not a lot that I dislike! Most issues we are having is more on our end and what we have chosen or will be choosing to implement.

More professional reporting which has helped with our Banks to secure proper financing.
