We love Intacct - they grow as we grow!
What do you like best about the product?
Inter-entity mapping (we have 17 entities/TBs and prior to Intacct, consolidations/intercompany entries were causing massive headaches)
Location groups and departments make for wonderful and dynamic reporting.

What do you dislike about the product?
Service process is never as easy as I want it to be (i.e. have to log into the community, I just want to click a button or reply to an email).
Some modules are better than others (i.e. prepaid expense module has glitches that you learn to work around, but limit full functionality).
I wish the app was more dynamic as I am frequently on the move.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AP automation is increasing efficiency in AP process.
Prepaid expense module reduces time spent and manual errors in prepaids.
FA module removed manual spreadsheets and increased confidence in asset listing/ledger.

What do you like best about the product?
i like the way everything is easy to find and so much more easy to get around that the sage we use in the UK
What do you dislike about the product?
at the moment i cannot think of a bad thing to say about sage i only started working with sage intacct in september last year so at the moment i am impressed.

it makes everything easy for us to track and keep tracks on when we are doing our vendor accounts

The ease of navigation / ability to adjust and edit reports

Not being able to adjust margins on .pdfs or create dashboards for multiple entities that are not a part of the top level

being able to produce financial reports on a condolidated level on a daily basis
Great software which is very scalable for different needs

Love that its cloud based and can review entries from anywhere

checklists don't update automatically and reports are not drop and drag

Efficiency in processing general ledger transactions and AP. Better more updated reporting
Sage in my opinion is a dynamic, intuitive , user friendly system

I like the fact that SAGE is cloud based and forward thinking

I wish some functionality did not have as many steps. Also, when exporting reports, the formulas should come with it in Excel

my financial reports are amazing. my staff is more efficient when they are importing their creddit cards

We just went live this month, however the entire experience has been great. From vetting to implementation, everything went smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure. We are just learning the product, but so far so good!

Reporting! I am very excited about the various reports that I will able to generate efficiently.
