All the functionalities are modular and can be easily customized for different users. The modules are layed out for easy and quick access by users.

The integrations with Concur is glitching and hard to maintain.
Also, payment processing, especially for wire payments. We have to implement a different module for wire payments.

It is our ERP system for Financial reporting and maintains our internal control process and procedures.

What do you like best about the product?
Sage is very easy to use and streamlines our work. This frees up our time to work on other projects.

No real downsides once you are familiar with software.

Helps balancing and closing of our month end financials. Makes it easy to close.

Honestly, I haven't found anything yet. It provides all the uses I need to perform my job

We love Sage, we are moving from Sage 100 to Sage Intacct.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can setup proper approvals for A/P and A/R. I also love the dashboard capability.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price point is a little high for non-profit entities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to move from having to be in the office to complete work to being able to be fully remote. We are also cutting down on a ton of manual processes with the transition to Sage Intacct.

We love Sage!
What do you like best about the product?
We love how user friendly Sage is for our accounting team and for all staff that use the system for AP purposes. We also use SIBP for annual budgeting and we have simplified our budget season dramatically!

Nothing, love it all! Would love a bill pay feature soon!

Sage Experience from a New to Proficient User
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it has multiple modules that you can use to do multiple areas of Finance, it allows for segregation of duties which is needed for an accountant, and as they contonue to automate, if you embrace it, then you can significantly reduce how long it takes to perform most tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their import feature, and limitations on banking. The uploads are atrocious.

I am looking forward to operations insight and chat gpt.
