Sage Intacct lets us close faster

What do you like best about the product?
In software navigation is quick to learn. It is simple for new users to navigate and use the tools they need while deep enough for administrators and power users to easily navigate their work flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the users setup controls and systems access are overly difficult. I love the ICRW but there are several limitations with software use especially with the formula writer that could make it much better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy data access for all users. Centralization of all departmental financial and physical inventory data that can be accessed by any user that needs it (given the proper permissions).
Move to Sage Intacct and it has helped transform the way we do business

We are doing a lot in Sage Intacct, but we are just getting started.

There can some logical changes that need to be made in its design; nothing major.

The import and integration features has helped us save time and money, and minimize errors and ommissions

Sage Intacct has taken Inventory Management and Control process at a higher level thus making it a breeze.I run all accounting activities with Sage Intacct proactively.It's easy to make project budget estimates,manage resources,track time against project and also plan projects effectively with Sage Intacct since it's a better tool for Project Management Accounting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sage Intacct has vast features and functionalities that makes accounting process successful this leaving me without anything to complain.Sage Intacct performance is just great and I do recommend it's use by any organization as it's worth having.

Sage Intacct facilitate great project billing and invoicing process.

Just getting started but finding it very user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I love that the user input is intuitive. I'm doing testing right now and I believe our implementation is going to go smoothly. Our implementation advisor is just an email away and responds quickly. We will be using Intacct for about 8 hours a day 5 or 6 days a week - so the natural efficient entry of data makes that less tiresom. I love that I can import bank information and add documents to each transaction. No more filing! Being able to split ap invices and gl entries between our internal companies is huge. Integration was smooth even though we had to jump thru some hoops to get what we needed for reporting. We have 23 internal companies and need to report based on multiple and different dimensions and Sage was able to accomplish that.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think just the changein reporting criteria to accomodate all of our internal companies wasn't something we expected - but it will be better for us in the end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Paper was our problem - everything was on paper and took forever. Now things move smoothly with scanned documents attached. Another significant issue we had was that we had 23 internal companies and no way to efficiently split company wide invoices. Now we can split them in the software and only enter them once instead of 23 times!

What do you like best about the product?
Easily accessible information. I use it frequently and have never experienced a negative outcome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to report at this time. I have found everything to work well as as intended.

Sage allows all the data I need to access to be readily available in easy-to-find locations and consistently provides a secure connection free from error messages.

I wish there were more videos around how to write a custom reports and it was more guided to import budgets.
