My experience in Sage Intacct is amazing.
What do you like best about the product?
It provides great support to the user, as it is very simple to use. We can analyze the data easily and efficiently. It summarizes the data in details and summarised way, which is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if we get a proper user mannual to navigate to different activities
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There was a problem with our ERP application, so when we started using Sage Intacct it solved the problems we were facing such as syncing from our application which we are using
A flexible , easy to use interface software and it has really embedded everything
What do you like best about the product?
I really liked building reports in sage , be it custom reports or financial.I have build reports in other software but the kind of ease and building reports is really quite impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
WE have encounter many limitation when it come to preparing custom reports and also formatting side is also which can be improved in reports.One major limitation is that we cant give date filter in reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think it is able to provide custom report to management for better analysis in term of quantitative as well as qualitative .The easy to use interface is unmatchable .

It is easy platform to work and maintain financials records. It offers most customised features.

It may bit expensive for small sized business.

It is customised Accounting modules, chart of accounts. It has helped to many manual works and maintains financials records in efficient way.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Customizations - The number of customizations we can make in the Sage Intacct is what I think makes it unique from other applications! totally love this feature, you guys make the customizations that we require in the FUTURE, but available to us NOW!
2. Navigation - The navigation is planned well and made easy even for those who are new to this application along with the warning messages even if something not to be done is about to be done! - resolve most of the errors we would likely make.
3. Download speed - It's one of the minute things I admire about Sage Intacct but still crucial one when things are in a hurry! Even with large amounts of data, the download speed is steady irrespective of it!

1. It would be more helpful if the upload error notification email consisted of more information on what went wrong in the data upload and the rectification steps to be taken in detail step-wise.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Sage Intacct software to keep track of money and financial stuff for different parts of our organization. We picked this software because it lets us keep the money records separate for each part, but we can also put them together when we need to make reports. It's like having a tool that makes reporting easier and saves us a lot of time because we can customize it for different parts, and it has features that help us to track all the data that helpss

Some of the reports can be added to the top level instead of the entity level.

It gives all kinds of reports which we require for the month end or client required data. that benefit us in long run

What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct has a good interface compared to other applications. We can link the application to many other payment applications and reimbursement tools. It has the best-customized reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search index window can be improved, at present, we should add special characters in the prefix and suffix to get our desired data. Auto log-out time is so minimal, it can be increased.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It can be used for accounting as well as a data source. It would be even great if we could use it as a payment platform as well as a reimbursement tool. So, the users can get everything in a single platform.
My experience in using intacct is quite good... comfortable and user friendly.

The best art in Intacct is reporting. When ever i download a report, i got all the options on my usage and i was able to extract a report with absolute clear information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Yet to find a thing which i dislike but yes i need intacct to improve in respect to some options which will help us to edit a transactions using authorization.

Intacct is solving my problem with AR Aging report and i am benefiting with the customization options.

t keeps the flow of the business finances running smoothly. The invoicing, tracking of assets and expenses, providing reports, etc are all extremely easy to use and find and connect in a very simple way.

Sage intacct has Top level thing which can be used for multiple entities and pul one report, Easily apply the payments and void the payment, Duplicate payment it will catch so easily and the duplicate invoice alos, This Sync feature is so good that it sync to nexonia and Bill.com, Easy to post and PO and Bills. and In Month close its so easy to reconcile the reports. and the interface is good like noone has to give that intense training overview will be helpful to understand

There should be more sections for reports and interface will be more attractive

It allow us to process the Bills as PO and it goes to approvers and we can change the approval flow too thats the flexibkle feature only intacct have.
