What do you like best about the product?
All resources are provided to effective run a program. The primary role of the program is to engage and run the financial and all resources of a grant in one single program
What do you dislike about the product?
All stages are good. I have not been working with the training yet, but the process seems easy to follow. Sage will increase the effectiveness of the program and grants.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Non-profit organization, consolidation and accounting resources to easy follow. Requesting a payment or checks for all current grants and vendors. Protecting the confidentiality of all payments.

The reporting functionality tools are fantastic
What do you dislike about the product?
Some limitations for more complex reporting formulas require me to put the report in Excel for final touches.
Would be helpful if you could computations in dimension based reports, not just account group based reports.

Primarily: Multi entity accounting & reporting consolidation

Its fast, still can be tailor made to suit a specific user

Sage is great !
What do you like best about the product?
The organization aspect; everything is easy to sort and track. The user interface is very simple to use. I was able to pick up the program with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not intuitive enough. I constantly have to fill out the same tabs and it would be nice if they auto populated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to enter and track POs and orders from vendors. Our accounting department is out of state so it allows us a great reference, everything being in one place.
Easy to use for anyone
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can edit postings after they are posted if the period is still open. Makes it so much easier if something needs tweaked.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reporting formats isnt the easiest to use and modify. No true Positive Pay feature. Not having all transactions for a customer in one place to look unless you run a report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all of our company in the same accounting system

I love how easy it is to search and research information in Intacct. I also love how transactions can be edited rather than needing to be voided and completely redone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like that when you need to re-issue a check to a new contact, everything needs to be voided and re-done.

Efficient Platform to book Journal Entries and generate reporting needs
What do you like best about the product?
Intacct is an efficient platform to book journal entries and generate reporting needs. I was able to book journal entries seamlessly without any issues and duplicate recurring entries. In addition was to generate reports when needed
What do you dislike about the product?
Being able to create custom reports have been the only issue with Intacct
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Booking journal entries efficiently and generating trial balance/financial reports
Awesome user friendly system
What do you like best about the product?
Internal chat, attachments within easy to find and clean up. Dynamic allocations will make health and ltd allocations easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
the printing of the check stub, the print is so small on it, need to make this larger.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it allows for us to do dashboards so coworkers can see data up to date at their fingertips
Sage Intacct
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct is very user friendly and simplifies how to do even some of the hardest accounting transactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it was easier to build custom reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company has used both quickbooks and great plains in the past which didn't have all the features we needed. Sage intacct is much more user friendly and provides a better platform.
Convenient Exports
What do you like best about the product?
When i download .csv of General Ledefer details, it gives me the option of using column A on the export to have the GL Account number for every specific transactions
What do you dislike about the product?
When exporting some reports, i have to click a triangle to expand the report to specific detail. For Example, for Meal/Travel on a P&L, it give me the subtotal initially, but i have to click a triangle so it can tell me what accounts encompass that
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Exporting Month End reports so i can provide financials to my bosses.
