Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Super simple to use and I love that there's a "help on this page" button to assist if you're stuck on how to do something. I haven't used another system like Sage so it's hard to compare but I wouldn't want to honestly with how simple this system is.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing really specific that I dislike about Intacct, there are a few things here and there that are minor but not worth complaining about. I do like that there's videos and things to watch when there's updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage is very helpful with keeping up with our vendors, what we've paid them, bills to be paid out. I do feel more productive and able to get things done quicker.

What do you like best about the product?
Reports are tailored to one's needs. with other systems, you can only get a few reports whereas with Sage, you can pull reports based on your requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Allocation of credit notes is not specific to an invoice. It lumps all the credit notes into one lumpsum total, instead of having a single credit note to a specific invoice
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Producing relevant reports, capturing of data and ease of the invoicing function

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to pick up from square one. Having been using QuickBooks before the change seemed daunting, but it was straightforward and easy to learn in under 3 months. The site is clean and easy to read. They are constantly rolling out updates to make the user experience more enjoyable. I am quite pleased with how easy the check deposits and AP invoices are.
What do you dislike about the product?
Least favorite thing is that there is no dark mode. For my disabilities, I function much better with a dark or dimmer system, and Intacct (as far as i am aware) is only sheet white, which gets draining on the eyes after 3-9 hours of use. I also do not see a text-to-speech option here for further accessibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped our company have a far clearer and more organized spot for all the AP and AR accounting. It has given us a way to better assure the correct payment is going to the correct place. I enjoy how easy it is to pick up and learn each new feature as well!
Easy to learn and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to learn, and user friendly. I really have enjoyed using Sage Intacct
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to make corrections on bills that have been processed, and a check voided for wrong amount entered, etc.

I am not aware of any changes being made that will benefit me
Sage Intact is such a quick and easy program that me and my colleagues love.

How fast and easy it is to post payments.

I have no issues with Sage Intact. I haven't ran into a problem.

Sage Intact is quick and easy. I complete my work fast when I post our invoices and payments.
Sage Simplifies
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of understanding. I was able to produce reports and find detail day 1 of using Sage. Ability to further customize reports and dial in on desired info is straightforward. We don't spend much time "training" new employees to use Sage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Fixed Asset Module leaves a little to be desired, it seems a bit unpolished. It is helpful and detailed, but sometimes we are surprised by how it functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting. We can create detailed reports, P and L's with margins included. Journal Entries are a breeze. Recurring entries are easy to create, if multiple entries are needed we can duplicate easily and update the date. So while we are always trying to cut down on the amount of Journal entries needed at month end, we have no problem or time tax for creating many. The ease of use if exceptional.

There's not much you can hate about the system, as you can always change whatever you dislike about it into what you want.

The process of procurement is now much more simplified and the process time has been minimized.

The most important thing is how it has such detailed accesses that allows access to the information and take control of it.

It takes a long time to load, it's not very fast.

Some work arounds on corrections - not some of the ease as Sage 50.

What do you dislike about the product?
Everything with this tool is helpful you choose the features you want and install or customize as per your desire. I find it improving every time I commend it for a job well done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct is the most reliable tool when it comes to accounting. Management of all our expenses and revenue follow up. Has really improved on how we deliver reports regarding accounts.
