Great Solution - Provides an all in one backup platform
What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive and logical platform. Provides many cloud storage options.
What do you dislike about the product?
No local storage immutable backups options. Have immuntable cloud options. Restore process is a bit longer than other platforms. Not a huge deal since restores are not an eveyday task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One platform for all backups and monitoring.

Best file and directory backup software.
What do you like best about the product?
It is the best file and directory backup software and the best part is that it is compatible with all Operating systems. I can see and store all my important files and directories on MSP360 Standalone storage. I purchased a Standalone Backup solution that provides 5TB of storage space for backup. I use it every day to sync important Objects. It also provides an Object locking system for better security. I can also backup my applications databases, images, and VM backup. I also recommended to use the software.
It is integrated with my operating system very well and installation and implementation are easy.
MSP360 Standalone Backup customer support is also helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is any downside to the backup software. It is working as expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solves to backup all my PC data like images, files, database, VM images, and directory on the MSP30 Standalone Backup storage. I am not worried about any system failure because I have all my important data backups.

What do you like best about the product?
It's super flexible - you can use it with pretty much any cloud storage out there. Plus, the interface is really easy to get the hang of, whether you're a small shop or a big company.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to nitpick, managing Office 365 backup licenses could be a bit smoother. It's not terrible, but there's room for improvement there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MSP360 Managed Backup is solving a big pain point for us - trying to keep on top of backups across all our clients. Before, it was a real headache trying to juggle different backup tools and interfaces. But with MSP360, we have this one centralized platform that handles it all.
The biggest benefit is the time and hassle it saves us. The intuitive dashboard gives us full visibility into the backup status for each client, so we can quickly identify and address any issues. And the ability to manage everything - cloud storage, retention policies, reporting - from a single pane of glass is a total game-changer.

Business solution worth purchasing
What do you like best about the product?
One of its main aspects is its ease of use, its support is quite effective and the customer service is very good, not to mention that it is a very intuitive and clean platform to look at.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managed Backups has few negative aspects, so I will give them all, one of them is that you must pay for a license to be able to customize your web portal, this should not be the case since in my case many licenses are purchased and having to acquire one extra to be able to put your brand on the platform, this is absurd.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managed Backups has a plus and that is that you can manage all your backups from the same platform and the best thing is that it is in the cloud, you do not have to go to a server to log in to search and configure the endpoints again, you can view everything and manage from one place. This takes you too long.

It has very little customization of the portal and its agents

MSP360 is a very good alternative to other backup solutions, it is functional and fast, it has the advantage of integration with the cloud, which has been of utmost importance for our company.

The dashboard is great for seeing what is happening with all backup agents easily.Customer support is great!

Nothing, it really works great, they keep upgrading it and enhancing it for our needs.

Backing up client data to S3 for us.
MSP360 is a great solution for MSPs
What do you like best about the product?
The MSP360 managed backup is a very scalable backup solution that allows us to bring our own storage. They support just about every cloud and local backup storage target you can think of.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are issues with software updates but they are usually resolved in a timely manner and the support is responsive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MSP360 allows us to offer a comprehensive managed backup solution to our small business clients. This offers them peace of mind knowing we can get databack no matter what.

This is a great product and use it to backup all of our customers data! They are constantly updating the product and their support is fast.

This product allows us to backup all of our customers data. It is a very great product that we have been using for many years. ITts efficient and easy to deploy. Support is great.

Some items aren't inherently intuitive, but you can work around that.
