What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple it is to get started with Udemy Business. Its interface is user-friendly, much like YouTube, so I can begin learning almost instantly, which makes it incredibly efficient. Also, I appreciate the collaborative learning environment it offers, allowing my whole team to learn together effortlessly, which is perfect for us since learning new technology can be challenging. The content quality is also excellent, and the flexible purchasing plans for each team member are ideal, eliminating the need for bulk purchases. This lets us adjust seat numbers based on our team size, making it a great feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t find anything which I would like to change about Udemy Business. Almost everything is good as it should be. Well sometimes its video player acts up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Udemy Business for learning new technologies efficiently, enabling my team to quickly adopt programming languages like Go for new features. It provides a platform for collaborative learning, suitable for our team size without bulk purchase commitments.

I really appreciate how simple it is to search for and begin courses on Udemy. The platform is intuitive and offers a broad selection of high-quality courses in various fields. I also value the flexibility to learn at my own pace, which suits my work schedule perfectly. The combination of video lectures, downloadable materials, and progress tracking features makes the overall learning experience smooth and engaging. Also, it is easy to implement, and I use it frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, selecting between several courses on the same subject can be challenging, as the quality often depends on the instructor. I also find myself wishing that the mobile app offered a more consistent experience, particularly when it comes to offline downloads. Other than these points, I find that everything else functions very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Udemy Business enables me to upskill efficiently thanks to its extensive selection of up-to-date courses. It not only saves me time but also encourages ongoing learning, making it easy for me to apply new knowledge directly in my job.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the variety of courses available at a great volume with experts across the globe. We got team members from multiple countries and its helping us with its language availability.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now. I see there are many benefits to use it being a business owner who want their employees to perform well in every single task across the journey
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its actually helping all our employees to learn from the comfort of their home as most of them are doing work from home and we can track their progress as well!

Udemy Business is a game changer for any individual who would want to upgrade their career, learn a new hobby or even help you in landing a new job.
I use it often to learn something new or to step up my career. Its pretty easy and straight forward from signing in and setting up.
Their customer support has resolved one my login issue in minutes creating a sense of trust in their support team. The UI and its features are great.

What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing much to be honest, the application is simple, effective and straight away you can start using it without any hassle.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I recently got certified in AWS Cloud Practitioner Foundation and ITIL V4 Certification by preparing from the online courses listed in Udemy Business, which helped me to gain more light in team and within my organization. It helped me in also getting recently promoted to the role of a SME and also enhanced my resume.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Udemy Business is that it gives teams a huge, up to date library of expert courses on pretty much any skill. People can learn whenever and however works for them, and the company can track their progress to see real results. I am using this platform on regular basis for upskilling.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its fully knowledgeable platform and I do not have any dislikes in this platform.
Instead I would suggest to use this platform on daily basis. So as of now there is no negative feedback.

Basically, Udemy Business is great because your whole team can learn whatever they want, whenever they want. It has a massive library of expert classes on all the important stuff, and managers can see what's working and how it's helping the company.

I love we have access to many different courses and not limited by the organization. I really enjoyed getting my three industry certificates through Udemy Business courses and they also had labs which helped me gain hands-on experience and see real-life uses.
I also really like you can select the certificates of interest and career paths it will implement your changes so quickly and it is really easy to use. You can enroll and unenroll quickly, I use it almost everyday atleast 2-3 hours when I am preparing for an upcoming exam. Als Udemy Business will recommend you courses and may suggest you to do additional courses for your chosen career path. It helped me shine my resume and put me into a more dedicated career change journey. Udemy Business allows you to connect/integrate with Certification Authority and you can add your earned certificates to your profile and it is very motivating. I am now studying for my fourth and fifth advanced level industry certificate with Udemy Business and I feel confident. I have not had a chance to use their customer support but I experienced some bugs in the app and when I reached out to app support they were kindly supported me to resolve this issue.

I moslty use the app version and I don't like video starts playing as soon as I click the app the screen doesn't even load but sound keeps playing. It would be better if we were to be forwarded to the main/ home page when we start the app. Besides this I also don't like I cant see how long a course is , I have to check the web version to see it.

Having access to high quality education and it is self paced, this is the biggest advantage I truly love that I can just turn the captions on and take notes while watching the courses. I had limited time and do not want to do a university degree again, Udemy Business helped me to navigate my stressful career change with options and suggestions. Having all this with the flexibility of time helped me a lot with achieving my goals faster and encouraged me to keep continue because it is easy and accessible.

I also like that they keep adding new courses, so we stay updated with the latest trends.
What do you dislike about the product?
Udemy Business is helpful, but some courses are not the same quality. Anyone can create a course, so it’s hard to know which one to choose. Some courses are outdated or too basic. It would be better if there were quizzes or tools to track progress. Also, more structured learning paths would help, especially for teams.

Udemy Business helps me build the technical skills I need for my role. It offers clear and practical courses on programming languages, software testing, debugging, version control, and more. What do you like best about the product?
I liked the course teacher the most. He was clear and pleasant to listen. Assignments were also well made and useful. The course structure was motivating as well since the videos were quite short.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downside was maybe the language for me because I’m used to use my native language on excel and the teaching was in english, but on the other hand I knew it and I was prepared for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Excel skills. I wanted to learn basic skills but also more advanced functions, so udemy course helped me with both and I believe I will utilize those skills in many situations in worklife.
