Great material to take advantage of great opportunites
What do you like best about the product?
It has a lot of material for different areas of knowledge. Additionally, we can study to our own rythm

There could be a better motor on suggesting new courses based on the ones takens

What do you like best about the product?
Wide variety of courses that are available. Additionally, I like how Udemy can create personalized paths depending on a topic of your interest, to basically be specialized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, some facilitators make updates to the courses because the materials were updated etc, but I either loose all progress or sometimes they just add the new material next to the old one which inflates the amount of hours a course takes to be completed. I went from a 21 hours course to a 45 hour course because he just added all the material on top, basically duplicated. He should make separate courses and there should be a legacy course option or revisions for users to select.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Is helping our organization to provide access to very important knowledge at a lower cost compared to purchasing courses 1 by 1, since they can be quite more expensive.
Udemy Business facilitates the expansion of knowledge in various areas, regardless of your level.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that in Udemy Business, I´m able to study the contents that are available, but at same time create my own material and share my knowledge with new learners.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that is not available for everyone because of the price. As is a Learning and Development platform, it should have a counted time for varios people to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Udemy Business is helping me to obtein certifications in courses that are not available for me in other platforms, or involves a cost that I can afford to do it.

Udemy Business provides us with an innovative, on-demand tool, which empowers our employees to learn whatever they need, whenever they need it.
The content, especially on technical areas, is up to date and relevant for our global SaaS business and our Customer Success/Account Management experience has been second to none compared to other platforms. My Customer Success Manager provides me with updates on content and new Udemy features, whilst also putting a lot of time and effort into supporting me with engaging the business in L&D, helping managers make the most of Udemy, connecting me with other Udemy users, etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to Udemy Business is that because you receive the top rated content, sometimes our employees are trying to access courses that aren't available through their Business licence. However, we can always purchase these if needed.
Also, some other platforms have a feature where licences can be more easily rotated if they're not being used, e.g. deactivated if not used within X months. At the moment this is a manual task for us.

Udemy Business is allowing us to access a wide range of content for a wide range of learner needs, e.g. every department in our business. It is especially helpful for technical skills development, allowing our developers to continually improve their coding and AI skills to better improve our products.

What do you like best about the product?
Udemy is user friendly, and is a great tool to use for your learning and career development. The best feature is the my certification preparation path. It helped me to pass my exam.

I would like to see udemy work to add certifications inside their portal to help with validating the learning and education of its' users. I would also like to see more people of color as course curators.

Helping our organization to build competent professionals and to create incentives for those that are looking to build their skills and competencies level. Udemy Business is also working with us to team build, and create.
Great UI, Great content
What do you like best about the product?
I loved the ease of use on both the admin side and the learner side of the platform. The content was always fresh, and the UI and feel of the site could not be better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I never liked the reporting capabilities in the Udemy platform. I wish you were able to get more insight into completion rates and timing so that tracking is a bit easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a system that operated like an LMS but not a full blown LMS at the time. Our adoption rate was very high when using the product, most likely because the look and feel of the site was extremely developed.

You can find at least one course for topic especially for tech and soft skills

Some times the course on marketplace are not soon port to the business subscriptions

It isn't perfect, but I don't see anything I dislike about this platform.

Allows us to provide learning opportunities that a small company like ours wouldn't ordinarily be able to provide.
